Came here to get gas. I also happened to need to get air for my tires so I went inside to ask if they could turn on the machine for me. They refused to do it for me and said it’ll be «four quarters» and rudely said it’s for«7 – 11 customers only». Am I not a customer now? I told them I just filled up $ 40 for gas but that didn’t matter I guess. It wasn’t the money; the fact they treated me like I was trying to cheat them out of a dollar didn’t sit well with me. Oh well. I’m only going to come here if I really need to, otherwise I’d avoid.

I absolutely love this 7-Eleven location, parking is always available up front, gas stalls are usually available fairly quick, and the workers are always very friendly. Everytime I stop into this location, the man behind the counter greets meet with a smile and always inquires about how I’m doing that morning. The last time I came in here, two of the pots of coffee were empty and most of the creamer was missing, I told the cashier and he immediately dropped what he was doing to come and help me. Most locations I visit tend to replace understocked items at their convenience, but at this location, the customer truly does come first. Keep up the good work guys, I’ll be seeing you soon enough :)

7 – 11 here isn’t that popular. parking spaces always available in the lot. microbrews few in number, all priced. hard liquor on the back shelf too. red box in front. drink amazon shaq«orange dream» drink(.99) –pretty sweet stuff. –taste of orange and vanilla flavors, tab nasty. in an emergency, one can always park here and get something. no body seems to like this space.(it’s been here for decades. go figure.)

From awhile back… I wanted to get some Motrin for my shoulder pain, and then was thinking… Hmm…I’ll go to CVS instead. The deciding factor was that their Slurpee machine was out-of-order…cry

OK, I have to update my review. Since this 7 eleven changed owners awhile back this store has gone down hill big time. The 1 start I gave was for the two or so employees that started around after the changes were made. One if the new employees, who is a younger looking male is friendly. All of the other new employees have horrible customer service skills. I don’t even think that two of the employees even speak English. The store looks the same but, I try not to come here unless I really have to.

It amazes me that there is a 7 – 11 on Piedmont Ave. Every time I have walked by, there are rowdy drunks or sketchy homeless looking types screaming and yelling outside the store. The few times I have gone in — it’s your typical overly brightly lit convenience store with crappy packaged«food» and beverages. The beverages are mostly the high-fructose corn syrup or booze variety with few healthy choices(juice blends with added sugar don’t count!). If you’re buying snacks for the movies — you might as well get them inside the theatre — it’s the nice thing to do and they have better quality stuff, even if it is a bit pricy.

Parking sucks, and seems like there was recently a change of ownership. All the staff are new, and are often too busy on the phone to deal with customers — I commonly encounter a long line with one register open while there are three staff in the store… and 2 of the three are behind the counter on the phone, rustling papers, or just doing nothing while one poor employee has to deal with the frustrated people in line. And what the hell is up with the«7 – 11TV» that blares *really loudly* all the time? I hate experiencing it for the 5 minutes I’m in the store; I can only imagine how obnoxious it must be for the staff.

Terrible customer service. Went in today to buy Lotto tickets. There was a long line at the counter and no staff member seemed to care to move the line along. Once it was my turn at the counter the staff member refused to give me Lotto tickets because it was«shift change time». One staff member told me to wait 5 minutes, but a second staff member said it will be more like a 15 minute wait. Not a very convenient convenience store. Won’t ever go to this 7 Eleven store agian

Not the best store in town, I will come here after work and buy me a goody for the road and all i really have to complain is the parking. I really dislike the parking but you just have to live with it. As for me and my needs they have the beers I like and the snacks I love as well. 21⁄3 stars…

This is the kind of place where you spend $$$ on gas and they won’t let you use the restroom. And the guy who runs it is a jerk. Big contrast with the Chevron station up the road, with pleasant service!

I stopped in last Thurs eve for a quick sandwich. It looked like a fight was about to break out on the sidewalk in front of the store. Inside, it appeared that one of the clerks was simultaneously talking on his blue tooth phone and waiting on customers. And he spoke in a foreign language, so I didn’t know what he was saying and if it was to me. I shop at the 7 – 11 on Grand and like it much more than this store.

What I like: the convenience and abundance of snacks all night long. What I don’t like: they always run out of the good scratch off lotto tickets. What makes me really uncomfortable: that the African immigrant employees call the boss«master.»
