Tao is great with my cat Scooter! I’ve brought him here twice to be bathed she is very thorough and patient. He always looks great and smells clean! By the way the map shown is wrong she is centrally located in the Temescal area very easy to get to

Tao has been our cat sitter for a couple of years now. I have the utmost confidence and respect for the care and grooming Tao has given our cat Kame. She is very knowledgable about cats and their needs and I think she has a real intuitive ability and sensitivity to read them. I recently moved and needed a safe transitional place for our cat to be for a couple of weeks and Tao offered to take care of her in her own home. This was a huge relief for us and for Kame. I highly recommend her services!

Leave it to the cat expert! Animal love and experience is what A Bright Warm Heart is all about. She treated my curmudgeonly cat with confidence and care that made even a bath a tolerable experience for him. With her effort and experience to do the right thing by my pets and me, I rest easy leaving them in her care.
