Percy & Omar, basically the team! Were so amazing! I had a crisis that happened after hours because I didn’t notice the leak until after work and it flooded the front of my house! Water meter was so high so we were trying to get in contact with a few plumbing companies and they either never contacted us back or wanted probably would’ve charged us an arm and a leg because it was late. Percy picked up right away even when on another job and offered to come afterwards which was 11pm and then immediately saw the problem and managed to give us a temporary water supply until they came back which made my night! Honestly, no water for even a night is a nightmare! The next morning they came bright and early and started fixing the pipes and had the problem under control and I didn’t even have to stay the entire time! Super nice and professional all the way! Percy where’s his license number proudly on his shirt as he should! I would recommend them for anything plumbing and in the future they are my go to guys! Thanks guys!!!

First and foremost E-​Z Plumbing did a great job on our sewer lateral replacement. We got several bids and while they weren’t the lowest bid we went with our gut and E-​Z matched the lowest bid. When everything was done you could barely tell there was even work done — the landscaping, cement work and asphalt replacement blended very nicely. When any issue came up (and they always do) E-​Z was very responsive, which I appreciate. Also, I received my deposit refund from EB MUD in a little over a week after the work was done.
My only negative — as you will see in other reviews — was their lack of timely communication. We set a tentative work date, and I realized the night before that I hadn’t heard from them as to whether or not they were starting the next day. I called and they said that they hadn’t yet received the permit from the city, but they were going to the office the next day to inquire. This was a Wednesday and they said they’d call back on Friday. I didn’t receive a call on Friday, but I did receive an email at 11:30 pm on Sunday asking for confirmation that they could start the next day (i.e. Monday.) When I saw the email Monday morning at 7am I responded saying that I’d prefer they start Tuesday so that I could be there. They confirmed that Tuesday would be fine. They arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. The work carried over into Wednesday due to timing of the inspection. When they called Wednesday they apologized that the asphalt wasn’t done yet, but that it would be taken care of the next day. The asphalt didn’t happen Thursday or Friday. On Monday morning an angry neighbor dropped by to complain. I called E-​Z and they confirmed that it would be taken care of that day — which it was.
In hindsight the negatives are pretty minor and probably not uncommon in the field. I would most certainly use E-​Z again.

Percy and Jaime came on a Sunday evening and helped us with a plumbing crisis (the only one of 15 plumbers I called), so going into this they were already amazing. Then, they were exceedingly thorough and went thru an exhaustive examination of what my root problem is. They took the time to show me the video of my pipes an explain what we were looking at (previous plumbers never did that). For the time they spent, working in the dark, the pricing was fair — more than fair for the time they spent. If I do additional work, I would trust them to do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I had thees guys to replaced sewer lateral on two separate houses that I am managing in Easy Bay and they have come through like champion! Besides of being fair priced, they arrived on time for the appointments, handled all the paper work on permits and certificate, worked hard to complete the project one time (despite of the fact that one of the projects was a bit troublesome). I would recommend them to anyone and will have them to do my next job as well.

This business was responsive and handled my sewer issue quick and efficient. They were also very fair in their pricing!

These guys are the best. They call you right back in an emergency, the arrive when they say they will and reasonably charge you what they said they would. I have used EZ several times over the years for big and little jobs and have always had great service. They are curteouse and friendly. I am comfortable having them anywhere in the house with my kids and dogs. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
