We had a great experience with Edwin, Carlos and his entire team. We had a clogged down gutter that was causing our roof to leak. They showed up on time, unclogged our gutters, were extremely professional and nice guys to boot! I would encourage you to give them a call if you have a similar problem.

Had a 4:00 appointment with this company today. The guy told me that either he or one of his brothers would be out for the appointment. I texted him our details as he requested. He never contacted us & never showed up. He sounded nice on the phone, the reviews were good, yet no follow through. We arranged our entire day around this. Disappointed.

Edwin & crew did a fantastic job on cleaning our windows! They were professional and friendly and got our job done on 24 hour notice. (We had scaffolding up on one elevation for a exterior paint job and wanted to take advantage of it). We are on a slope and some elevations are 3 stories up so they still had to break out the tall ladders in the back– no problem. We really appreciated the job they did. Highly recommend and we will use them again!

Edwin & Carlos did a great job washing the exterior of the house and installing bird spikes. It was a difficult job because of the height of the house — not only did they break out the big ladders, for hard to reach nooks, they rappelled from the rooftop! They were thorough and professional. I will definitely have them back next year.

I can’t say anything enough good things about these guys!!! They got there earlier than they told me, they were reasonably priced, and did a super professional job!!! They take great pride in their work… shot video of the results. Highly recommend them!

Edwin and his business, All Clean Maintenance are fantastic. My wife and I have used them once a year before the holidays for the last few years to do a full, deep clean of the outside of the house. We have always been impressed with the results, but I was home during the work this year, and now know why everything looks so great! Edwin and Carlos are meticulous! They scrub and power wash every detail of the house. They were at the house for a good 5 or 6 hours today removing cobwebs; washing the walls, sills, steps and patio; cleaning the windows, clearing out the gutters, and even cleaning out our gross garbage, compost and recycling bins! Edwin is a really nice guy, and is dependable and professional. He has worked around our schedule, and always been on time and courteous. Every year, we love having a sparkling clean house for our guests during the holidays. I don’t often write Unilocal reviews, but Edwin deserves the business.

Love, love, love All Clean Maintenance (and Edwin and Carlos). They came out and spent all day — 9am to 5pm — on my normal suburban house, cleaning the gutters, power washing the exterior, cleaning the windows (inside and out)… even wiping down my window sills and stopping to clean a giant mirror in my bedroom streaked with kids’ fingerprints. Not only does my house look like it is newly painted, but the windows are crazy clear. I’ve already had two neighbors walk past and compliment their work and they only left earlier this evening.
They came when they said they would, were extremely detail-​oriented and conscientious, and just very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I hired this company solely on the review of 16 others on Unilocal,all giving it mostly 5 stars. One of the key things for me I want to say is that Edwin and Carlos are brothers but also OWNERS of this business. Both were the only ones on my job– start to finish.
They take great care of your property. Their work is all done carefully and conscientiously. They cover their feet with booties when inside your home. They work carefully around both the inside and outside of your home. Edwin even repaired a screen that had come loose at the frame corner for me without me asking him to do so!
There is no substitute for having caring owners do the work.

Edwin and his brother Carlos came out to our house in Orinda to clean our gutters. It was a challenging job, as we have a very steep roof, and the gutters had not been cleaned in years. They were very professional, finished the job quickly, and cleaned all the leaf debris from the deck and driveway after they had finished. I highly recommend them.

Edwin & his brother Carlos did a great gutter-​cleaning job at a very reasonably price. They cleaned off the leaf debris that had fallen, even pulling it out of flower pots on the back porch. All Clean Maintenance is a keeper, IMHO.

Edwin from All Clean Maintenance came out and gave me an estimate to clean out the gutters on my home which is both a one & two story home. We have lived there for 13 years, so I knew he had his work cut out for him. Edwin quoted a fair price and was able to fit me in that day :)

We live in the city in the Castro/​Eureka Valley neighborhood. I’ve had Edwin/​All Clean Maintenance clean my windows for the 3rd time (over the past 5 years). We have 57 windows (some very large, some standard size) on 3 floors, with a few difficult to reach. We also had our home lightly powerwashed this time. There’s been so much construction that our home and windows were very dirty. It was easy to schedule a time; Edwin is very accomodating. On the morning of the appointment, Edwin emailed he would be 30 minutes delayed. When he arrived he and Carlos did the job with great care. The windows are spotless! The price is reasonable too — $ 10/​window for external cleaning. I highly recommend Edwin/​All Clean Maintenance.

All Clean Maintenance just finished cleaning my windows (inside and out) and I wanted immediately to give them a rave review. They were professional and very nice. My windows look amazing (like new!). I called Edwin, the owner, yesterday and he was able to come on short notice which was great. His price was reasonable and worth every penny. We have TONS of windows and a glass ceiling in our atrium and it looks great.
I would recommend him to anyone looking to hire a nice crew that works really hard. You won’t be disappointed!

I don’t know why it’s taken so long for me to write a Unilocal review as I have hired Edwin for several years. Today he cleaned our windows and I’m finally getting around to writing a review. Edwin is amazing. He does very large jobs and yet he has been able to make time for my home and even schedule me on the weekend. He is professional to work with and my windows are so clean it doesn’t even look like I’m looking through windows.

We’re really happy with our windows and our newly power-​washed home. It was covered with dirt and they were extremely diligent /​careful when washing it, and we’re very pleased with the results. They were professional, punctual, and efficient – and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend All Clean Maintenance to anyone who needs to have their windows washed or the exterior of their home cleaned.
