Despite Aloha Tree Care’s past I would definitely use them over and over again! & Yes, the father of the company «Mr. William» may seem a little too desperate to get the job but don’t let that discourage you. He’s a sweet, hard working man just trying to get by. His son Tali who is the actual owner and arborist is the go to man if you want a professional when it comes to trees. I had 3 pine trees to be removed at a great price compared to the other estimates I got! A job that should of taken 4days they did in 2. However, I did Unilocal these guys up and yes I did see the negative review but I figured I’d give them a 2^nd chance because they were so nice and respectful. I knew I was taking a risk, but I’m very much pleased & happy with the work that was done!!! I don’t have any regrets. Don’t let their past hold you back from getting professional work done at a very reasonable price. Thank you aloha

Considering that the only review on here is from 4 years ago, we felt compelled to share our experience with this company. We had someone come over to give us an estimate. We assumed he was the owner, as he said he was 74 years old and his sons did the actual work. He said the company had been in business for over 37 years. He was very quick to name a price and said he’d do it on the same day. He lowered the price substantially with just a little bargaining, but was anxious to start ASAP. He seemed desperate for us to seal the deal right away. He said he was licensed, bonded, and had insurance. He didn’t have his license number when we asked for it, though we found it in his newspaper ad. When we looked up his license online, it had been suspended. It also listed that there was a pending law suit against the company. No wonder he wanted to start right away, before we could research the company! When asked if there were any complaints about their work, the owner told us no, which obviously was a flat out lie. So just a word of caution: you should not believe everything you see and hear just because someone says so; do a little homework on the company before you make any decisions.

Tali, the owner is very professional and a job that should have taken a week was done in two days with no glitches. Both days they showed up early and did exactly what they said they would. They are a Hawaiian family business that works well together. I would use them again!
