You know those few times in life when something really shitty happens and the last thing you need is someone trying to use your misfortune to their advantage.
Well on the night of my birthday dinner, someone pulled in/​out of the parking spot next to my 2011 Caddy and wrecked the entire back quarter panel. I got estimates from several shops in the East Bay, but they all came off as cold and looking to exploit me for as much cash as possible.
Anthony was the major exception. Not that I was looking for someone to hold my hand after this crappy event, but it was a relief to find someone who was honest, upfront, and professional. From the moment I brought the car in, I knew this was the type of honest businessman that has been lost in today’s society, when a hand shake actually meant something, and a promise could be trusted.
When Anthony retires, the Bay will lose a true gem. Thank you for your great work Anthony!

My bumper was damaged in an accident and Anthony took care of me. His estimate was more than reasonable and the work he did was amazing. The bumper matches the car perfectly and made the car look shiny and new. He went beyond and actually showed me how he installed and removed the bumper, so in the future I can possible do it too. Anthony its the best. :D

My boyfriend is a loyal customer of Anthony’s! Whenever he needs to get his Subaru BRZ fixed, he always turns to Anthony for a job well done. Anthony is extremely professional in his work. After the car is fixed, it’s as if nothing ever happened to it. Anthony always provides an estimate for his customers before any work is done. He’s a very friendly person and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done for their car!

Anthony and his team do excellent work. Anthony is easy to communicate with and true to his word. The rear bumper to my Prius was damaged and when his team was finished with it, it looked brand new. The work was done a day early, and I left a happy customer.
Side note: I live really close to Anthony’s and remember that I used to see many Zipcars being repaired there – I think they were the primary body shop in the area that repaired Zipcars. When Avis purchased Zipcar, they terminated the contract with Anthony’s Auto Collision. Another case of a major company outsourcing work and screwing over a small, independent business. Anthony seems to take it all with a stoic reserve, but he lost quite a bit of revenue when this happened.

This review is at least a year over-​due, but well deserved none the less. Anthony’s took care of my girlfriend’s Prius as if it were their own. I dropped it at the North Oakland location and they handled the rest. I didn’t have to get involved with the insurance company or any of the associated hassles. The car was delivered to me at my home less than a week later. Quality of the bumper respray was extremely high and the bumper was reattached perfectly. I have seen alignment issues on previous bumper jobs, but Anthony’s work blew me away. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs.

I just got some work done that would have cost an arm and a leg. Anthony really tailored the work to my situation and did an awesome job and made it affordable. He even wound up spending more on parts than he anticipated and did not charge me extra for it. Did I Mention he picked me from my home as well. I felt like we were old friends and that he really cared about my situation. I need a bit more work done and will definitely go to him again. Do yourself a favor and choose him for your auto body repair. You won’t be dissappointed

My jeep got hit, state farm took responsibility, anthony made sure everything went perfect. and even painted my jeeps fenders too match the new one free of charge. he made my rim look brand new. not much more to say, jeep is better than before it was hit. Anthony’s service was great. I discovered last weekend that my muffler was falling off of my car. I took it to my regular shop, only to be told that they no longer handled mini’s. I was very worried about driving it in that state and took it to the first place I found on Unilocal — Anthony’s. He was able to take it in right there, and had it repaired within 24 hours, at a very reasonable price. He even lined up a rental car at half the hotwire rate, and brought my repaired car to the rental agency so that I could return my rental and pick up my car in one stop. He was friendly and professional — a big upgrade from my previous shop.

Having my car repaired at Anthony’s was one of the best car repair experiences that I have ever had. He was very helpful in to help me navigate my insurance company. His customer service was incredible! He linked me to the car rental and even dropped off and turned in the rental for me! He also was great at communicating the progress of my repair. The body work on my prius was bearutifully done!

Taking my car to Anthony’s after a minor fender bender was a great experience. The body work looks great and he called and emailed me with progress reports along the way. He even followed up with the other person’s insurance company on my behalf to make sure the reimbursement check was on its way to me.

He did a great job replacing my bumper and fender on my 2005 honda accord. He did the job in one day too! It looks great and was at a very reasonable price. I am probably going to come back and here for future body work.

My wife’s 2009 Lexus LS460L was hit on the driver’s quarter panel several weeks ago, it was tough to find a reputable body shop, so a good friend recommended Anthony’s Auto Body. It was quite far as I reside in Tracy but after talking with Anthony over the phone and looking at his reviews on «yelp» I figure it wouldn’t hurt to give him a shot. Anthony came to my place of work in Fremont to pick up the car arranged a rental car for me at the local enterprise rental car.
After several weeks, the car was complete and I was very pleased with the work. The car looked original as expected and the body shop performed an outstanding job repairing and cleaning the car prior to my arrival. Anthony was extremely thorough on the work performed and offered reassurance that any problems with his workmanship to give him a call.

The front end of my little Corolla was all crumpled up from a small accident, & Anthony’s guys took care of it.
Reasonable price. No sketchiness. Pick-​up/​drop off from BART.
The side that got fixed looked so good afterwards — it made the rest of my car look like it’d been in an accident.

Anthony is very honest and that’s a hard quality to find for any type of repair man.
Anthony was super helpful when it came time to filing my claim. The process between him and my insurance company was also seamless and so easy.
My car is now in mint condition, and you cannot even tell there’s been a repair. He was able to get parts in a few days and get the car repaired quickly.
