They are right between Homeroom and 1234 go records. You can’t go wrong with any of their stuff. The only issue I see is they close early if not I’d be there all the time. People are super cool. Cold pressed juices are outta this world. You should try it all!

This review is for the coffee only, but I must say that I am surprised by all of the less-than-stellar reviews! We were looking for a pick-me-up on a very hot afternoon and happened upon the unassuming Antidote spot. Two of us had the Slow Brewed Iced Coffee with maple syrup and almond milk while one just had it black. I watched through the window as they prepared it and noticed they used what appeared to be ice cubes made of more coffee — which means that in the hot summer sun, our melting ice cubes didn’t just water down our drinks! All in all, the coffees tasted fabulous to the last drop and gave me the kick I was needing to continue enjoying a beautiful June day.

Is this place for real? The prices are out of control, especially considering the juice isn’t even made on site/customizable. The prices of the concentrated juices($ 3 for 1 tablespoon of juice) are particularly insane.

I am fine with paying for an overpriced kale and soymilk smoothie that I could have made myself. Really. The whole reason to pay someone else to make me a smoothie is, in theory, because it is going to save me some time in the morning. Unfortunately, the mind-bogglingly slow smoothie artist who is currently working on your beverage will make you question that theory. When your smoothie finally arrives, your plastic cup will most likely be covered in green smoothie goo. This will require at least 5 napkins to clean. No worries, though, because I love cleaning up smoothie goo on my way to work. Antidote: your menu is awesome and your drinks are delicious. Your staff, not so much. Speed thing up and take pride in your work.

It wasn’t that it was bad, it was that it’s a $ 10 sandwich and $ 12 salad that left me starving after and really wasn’t even that good. The price isn’t the issue, it’s the value. It was simply mediocre. And please if you charge $ 10 for a BLT… Use some proper bacon.

Convenient juice and food spot with a great outdoor patio in the back. I usually go for the Green Summer. Would highly recommend trying if you’re in the neighborhood.

I like this place even though the customer service isn’t necessarily super friendly. You get the sense that the employees may be overworked and/or are just chill. It seems a little inconsistent. Once I went and they were entirely out of smoothie options which sort of sucked but then we got an extra bottled juice for free, so that was great. Other times I’ve gone and ordered the Mint Chip smoothie or All Seeing Eye smoothie and both are delicious. Not as into the Arise smoothie — it tasted like a cheap frappuccino. If you want coffee, maybe better to head across the street to Subrosa.

I really like this place, small and chill. they have some good things on the menu. But the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because every time my friend and I come here they are always out of something. They get pretty busy so most things run out but they’re are out a lot, even when I come early.

This place is A W F U L They’re not even trying — I read the bad reviews and preemptively over tipped in hopes of decent service. 1– it took ten minutes to order 2– my sandwich arrived in a dirty funky box and honestly I’m worried about the cleanliness here 3– i ordered a lemonade which they completely forgot about. i asked about it approximately 25 minutes after i got my sandwich and she said«i totally forgot thanks for reminding me». Ummm NO! How about«sorry i forgot? it’s on the house!» Come on. I left the lemonade and left. PS I only got a lemonade because the JUICEBAR was out of juice. Sorry guys, this is a business, get it together.

Not impressed. I woke up hungover from a bunch of whiskey the night before, and felt this huge craving for some tropical juice while waking up in bed. I remembered passing by this place a few weeks ago so I thought I’d finally give this a shot. I arrive and I’m like«I want something tropical!»… And the girl goes«uhhh tropical???“‘… I’m like«yeah! Tropical!» Anyway it is established that they don’t have anything remotely tropical. I see one of the juices has pineapple in it, it’s called detox or something, so I order that. It’s $ 7 but I figured since I won the table in poker the night before, I’ll let myself splurge. My gf ordered a smoothie with berries for like $ 8 or so. First of all the juice I got was prepackaged in one of those narrow containers. I didn’t come to a juice bar and pay $ 7 for prepackaged juice… I wanted«fresh squeezed juice»! The juice itself was very unsatisfying, especially considering I was in the mood for something more fruity and tropical. It was green, and it tasted like celery and kale. I just don’t understand how you can charge so much for such uninspired product. Even $ 5 for juice is too much in my opinion. Where do people come up with these prices, and worst of all, who is regularly buying this stuff? Like I get it, you’re making healthy juice. With kale and celery. But it’s not special, and it’s so expensive I would only consider buying it after winning a poker night. How can this shop positively effect our community and help poor people and artists ear and drink healthy when it’s charging more for fucking juice than they usually spend on dinner? Anyway, totally repulsed by these types of gentrification-enabling establishments who think they’re kale is worth $ 7. Oh and my girlfriends smoothly tasted like a strawberries banana smoothie. It was too thick and I. could make a better one at home. $ 8?!? Give me a break!

Really want to love this place. DO love this place. It’s an ideal menu for me. But, after going 5 times now, I think I’m done. Every time there’s been one person working. Doesn’t matter if it’s a gorgeous sunny Saturday at noon, or rainy Tuesday at 3pm. And every single time(no, really) they have been out of the first thing I order. I agree with K S’s review completely, it’s been my experience every time over the past 3 months. You order, they say«great!», and then 2 mins later say they are out of it. Usually out of the next 3 things you order, too. They are always super slow making it, too. Look, I don’t normally criticize like this, but watching the girl behind the counter make avocado toast is like watching someone play Jenga with their hands tied behind their back. Usually takes 40 – 45 minutes for anything you order. I’m serious. No exaggeration. It’s insane. Yesterday, I order a smoothie. It took a hair under an hour to get it. It was a beautiful day and I didn’t have plans so I kept waiting. 3 or 4 people who order ahead of me start complaining about it. Girl is super stressed and silently freaking out so I don’t add to the complaints, but she moved about as fast as a two-legged turtle despite the back up. People behind me in line wait for around 30 mins just to order, and eventually after tons of complaints from other customers about how long it takes, the girl closes down, comes out to tell the people waiting to order for a half hour that her manager texted and told her to close(it was 2pm), handed them a bottled juice and said sorry. About 20 mins later my smoothie is ready and she reopens. Look, management, I’ve never written a review quite this bad. Your product is great. Your management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Ever, honestly. You are losing customers left and right. Not one person out of about 30 yesterday in the hour I sat there was happy. You could be handing me diamonds on a gold plate and I would write his review with how completely mind boggling it is that it takes someone an hour to make a juice. Get it together. Take the feedback to heart. Get some employees who can multitask, get more than one person there on busy hours and weekends, anticipate better with your stock so you don’t run out by 10am, and lower your prices. I’m willing to pay $ 8 for great service and an impeccable product, but you’re kidding yourself if you think that’s what you’re providing.

Finally, a really delicious juice/smoothie/healthy stuff spot that doesn’t cost an absolute fortune. Their juices are all organic and cold pressed, and so much more affordable than most shops. Goddess salad was great, but especially loved the mint chip. If you are craving a milkshake or sweet, or love MCC ice cream, but want something energizing and healthy this almond milk-based smoothie is so good! And their kitchen is a shipping container — so sustainable. Outdoor seating too!

Small place with a surprisingly large menu of salads, sandwiches, toasts, smoothies, and juices. I tried the already bottled Electromagnetic(carrot, apple, beet, lemon, ginger) cold press juice($ 7.50 for 12oz) and found it to be well balanced despite a heavy hand of ginger, fresh, and most importantly, cold! I hate when juice places serve luke warm juice. Can’t wait to come back and try more, especially on Saturday’s when Hella Vegan Eats is on the block. Tips: dog friendly outdoor seating.

Stopped by here for a cup of coffee after eating at Homeroom. Got the slow brewed coffee over coffee ice cubes with almond milk and maple syrup. It was pretty decent but it wasn’t amazing.

This place really wasn’t that great. My spouse and I each got a panini, mine with avocado. I wanted to get an iced tea with it, and got«okay, sure… oh… we’re actually out of iced tea» from the front person… okay, fine. My spouse wanted a black coffee and got«okay, yep… Oh, we’re actually out of coffee, too». Seriously? Then she recommended a juice or smoothie — I don’t think so! I’m not buying a $ 8 drink on top of an $ 8 sandwich! So we just ordered sandwiches. We waited *forever*. Like, 35 mins for two sandwiches and *no one* was in line ahead of us nor was anyone there ordering/waiting when we showed up. A gal who ordered after us got her food first and we waited 10 mins longer. In that time, my spouse wandered across the street to a coffee shop and got a coffee there. While waiting, we also had a chance to observe the front gal’s interaction with other patrons. Anyone who asked for a coffee or iced tea got the same response as us: an enthusiastic«yes!» or «sure!» followed by «oh… actually, we’re out». Did she keep forgetting? Wouldn’t it be easier to put a sign up so people can see when they approach the counter that you’re out(or so she’d remember)? We watched someone order a juice/smoothie that was supposed to have carrot in it and the front person told her that they were *almost* out of carrot so they’d have to sub in something else instead of carrot. The customer’s response: «can’t you just put in the carrot you still have? You said you’re almost out, right? So just use whatever you have left and that’s fine for me». The front end gal hesitated, said something about them being swamped yesterday, and offered to sub in more apple instead of carrot… the patron sighed and decided to order nothing and walked away. When we did finally get our sandwiches they weren’t too great. Bread was overly toasted and brittle, filling was sparse. Mine was without avocado, even though I asked(and paid) for it. After that long of a wait, though, I wasn’t going to go back and insist they put avocado on it(was I prepared to have them potentially remake it and spend another 30 – 40 mins there?). Antidote, you can keep the 50 cents it cost for my extra avocado and put it toward buying more coffee/iced tea/carrots or anything else you might run out of.

Love the green juice at this place. The lady running the little shack was pretty sweet and super friendly. Love how this place is right next to Homeroom so you can come and cleanse after you overindulge yourself with carbs and dairy. Will def be trying they’re bottled juices next time I go to Homeroom, but they’re freshly squeezed/cold pressed ones are delish!

1. Pricey $ 7 for a fresh squeezed juice. 2.The gentleman didn’t wear gloves when making my juice and had a band aid on… Not very sanitary. 3. Didn’t have much to choose from and no samples.

Ok so I got really fascinated by this place that is so wonderful and. doesn’t exist. For the record, it does! I had no trouble finding the sexy dark colored shipping container, my veg juice was awesome(though I wish they offered a larger size as well), and the panini sandwiches with kale pesto were great. AND best of all they EXIST

I didn’t even realize this place was open yet, but stumbled upon it on my way to work after taking the morning off. I had the summer greens(I think that was the name) fresh pressed juice and it was awesome! A little pricey($ 7) but worth it! My only knock is that it is only open 10 – 4, if they opened at 8, or even 8:30 I would likely stop by often on my way to Bart.

The worker who greeted me was very friendly and informative about their section of juices. They opened at this location on July 4th, and have a pretty nice menu with juices, smoothies, sandwiches, avocado toast, salads, chia pudding and more. She recommended the«Energy» juice, which is beet greens, cucumber, lemon, apple and carrot. I’m not a fan of beets or carrots, but I didn’t taste it at all in this juice. It was absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back if I’m feeling like treating my body to some yummy, nutrition packed cold pressed juice.
