So we finally decided to buy a house. The market is right, the interest rates are right and OMG RENTING WAS SO MUCH EASIER…
…until we started working with arcsine architects on our remodel.
Style: After a quick look at the great work on their website (Herbivore in Berkeley, a nice little wine country estate), I was a little concerned that our cute little house might be an unexciting project for the firm… thankfully Adam and the arcsine crew were poised to do great work for us.
Service: They are ON IT. And I mean ON IT. Professional, client focused and always available.
Communication: So important — arcsine responds quickly, is very straightforward about what is possible and what may or may not be w/​in budget.
We are just at the start of the process since remodeling takes 500 years. However, I plan to keep y’all updated. Bottom Line: LOVE THEM.
