These guys are great! I showed up and tried to use the catalog in the store to select a windshield wiper replacements — I tried to install them on but they didn’t fit correctly. A staff member was helping some couple in the parking lot with their car. I asked him, and he agreed to take a look after he was done helping them. He tried to install and then confirmed that the fit was wrong. He brought them in and figured out the right blades to exchange with and even helped me with the next installation. Everything was handled very nicely and professionally. As someone who is pretty clueless about cars but doesn’t want to go to the shop everything some dinky repair is needed, I am grateful for professional places like this for my small parts needs — I will definitely return to AutoZone

This place always surprises me by having the parts that I need in stock. This is my go to place when just can’t find a part that I need and I don’t want to order from online stores like summit racing.
Easy to find location. The Staff has always been professional.
Auto zone must be doing something good, their stock is over $ 700.00 a share for OCT15.

This particular AutoZone has superior customer service. I am one of those women who has neglected to learn how to do basic car service skills and the folks at AutoZone are more than happy to take out my battery and charge it free of charge. I also like that you can order online and pick it up in the store easily. Pro-​tip: If you have a smart phone, look up AutoZone coupons to save money :)

Customer service is fine. I bought a starter for my Toyota pickup truck and had it installed. Two weeks later the truck would not start and I had to have that starter replaced because it was bad. I never returned the starter to Autozone because I did not keep the receipt. Before I told the mechanic where I had purchased the bad starter, he guessed it was Autozone. He said that Autozone sells poor quality refurbished parts that often times fail. After speaking with others they confirmed they had similar problems. I am sure Autozone is a good place to buy things that are not refurbished.

A couple of days ago the car needed a jump to get started so I decided to get the battery checked. I originally went to O’Reilly since it was closer to me. The gentlemen there told me that the battery was unresponsive but that they would be unable to help replace it due to being understaffed.
I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP so I drove to Autozone. I asked them to check my battery just so that I could get a second opinion and sure enough the display read «bad battery.» Luckily for me, they were able to help me right away. Shoutout to Yoon for helping me throughout the whole process, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work.
In addition, the staff was attentive and polite. Definitely would come back for any other needs!

I came in to replace a bulb, which seemed pretty straightforward from the youtube videos I watched. However, it turned out to be more challenging and instead of breaking it myself, I asked for help. One of the employees, Fernando, was great — very helpful with his product and mechanical knowledge!

Every time I go to any Autozone, I leave feeling great! All the staff is knowledgeable, they have great customer service, and try to be as fast as possible. EXCEPT THIS ONE. Now I will have NO problem driving a few extra miles to the other Autozones.
A. When I walk in & there’s a few employees not talking to customers, and I’m not greeted & asked if I would need help finding anything, that’s already strike 1.
B. If customers are standing in line for a while, I bet if we were acknowledged & thanked for waiting, we’d leave happier & have another reason to come back to this store.
But what had me flabbergasted the most was…
C. Maybe this employee had a brain fart when he said «You have no clue what you’re doing, do you?» to me. Maybe that was his weird way in offering his help. Or maybe he was excited to TRY to insinuate I was clueless.
Either way, he’s old enough to know what a condescending question sounds like and should have the sense to not ask one to a customer.
I gave one more star because there’s a cool security guard, who was actually the only person who greeted me & said goodbye .
But to end this. I just hope the Monday afternoon team gets it together. But I won’t know anyways because I’m never coming back to this one.

Fernando was extremely rude and condescending to me, both over the phone and in person. The other guys who helped me were great.

The staff at this autozone were super helpful and friendly. I drove in after a dead battery jump start this morning. A woman came out to my car with me and ran a few tests to confirm that it was the battery, not the alternator. They have tools you can borrow with an ID, and when I still couldn’t get the battery out, my hero Fernando came out to help with the extra bolt holding the battery in place. «Don’t give up, just ask for help,» he said, in a surprisingly non-​condescending tone. He even offered to let me use their bathroom to wash up after. Now most of this is their job, but I’ve been in dozens of car places, and I’ve never seen a crew this genuinely interested in helping me out.
4 stars because the ratchet set didn’t have a 10 mm (battery size) socket, and the locale is a little spicy — could have done without the guy who hung around for a bit offering unasked for car advice.

I’m not much of a fan of chain part stores, but this place really delivers great service. Ever since this store was opened I had a chance to come by a few time and every time it was a positive experience. True they are not expert mechanics but they really help me with questions I have and even take the time to log in their computer and give me an expert advice

Martin the manager gets more than 5 stars. Somebody stole the (dead) battery out of my car. Haha joke’s on them. Anyway, Martin was super helpful in helping a no nothing like me to find the right battery for my car.

Seeking various items that I need replenishing such as car wash and tar and bug remover, this spanking new AutoZone #4151 helps achieve that pride in your ride. Greeted with plenty of parking and a strapping security guard, inside automobile parts are as good as it gets. The area is bit on the «downtown» side but all is very cool. Gotta love it.
They carry batteries, tires, repair kits, engine products, lights, body items and general tools, even an advanced level mechanic or your DIY’er should be quite content.
Beautifully laid out, you get instant help with a very knowledgeable guy that has a good eye on how to repair stuff. I quizzed him on unusual brake but available brake fluids, copper crush rings for oil drain and vinyl repair kits. He score a cool 100.
