I am a fan of BACP. They may be a little challenging for the casual user, given they have no shop front and visiting them is by appointment, during week days only. However, the results are excellent. I have used them for printing my photographic-​based art pieces which I like to print on textured paper or stretched canvas. They make their own stretcher bars so your artwork is not limited to standard aspect ratios like many of the online or commercial printers are. In the past they have worked closely with me to help me with the math required to create a unique edge for the wrap on my stretched canvas prints which is something no other printer so far has been able to offer as a service.

Lili and Kevin=dream team of prints!
They are both amazing artists themselves, and they are utter perfectionists when it comes to printing. If there is even a minor dot on the print, if anything looks funny at all, they will fix it till everything looks perfect! Basically, they treat your art like their own. If you need someone with amazing taste and artistic talent to handle your prints, give them a ring.
These guys also fully support Oakland’s artist scene. They host gallery openings and art sales; they participate in various First Friday events; they help out at local festivals. Great people who value giving back to the community.
I won’t take my print jobs to anyone else.

Lili and Kevin have helped me out on a couple of occasions. As an MFA art student I need high-​quality prints and framing at affordable prices, and based on my research they seem to be the best deal in town.
I’ll continue to utilize their services as my career develops, whether or not I ever make a lucrative living as an artist.
I’m especially appreciative of Kevin’s canvas frames, as are more than a couple famous Bay Area painters.

Working with BACP was truly a delightful experience. They are professional, organized and very respectful of artists. As a painter, I have been looking for a place that could reproduce my work in a way that was true to the original painting and of good quality and I think that this is the place! Not only do they print beautifully on a variety of paper, their prints on canvas are even more impressive!
