I work in real estate. Yesterday I found that I needed to get multiple signatures notarized on several documents from people located around the bay area. The documents would arrive at 10:30 am and needed to be singed and sent out again the same day. I contacted several mobile notary services — the first two didn’t communicate clearly and had to call me back and both were unable to do the job on my schedule. It ended up being 16 signatures from 9 people in 5 different locations — all executed smoothly and quickly. Impressive. No question that I’ll use them in the future.

My wife and I needed to get some documents notarized for the sale of some family property. My time is limited during the week so my broker said he knew a notary who would come to my work anytime that worked for me. I called Mathew Valera and we set a time(10:00AM) for him to come to my work so I can get everything signed and I wouldn’t have to leave the office to do it. Matthew showed up right on time, was very friendly, extremely organized and he went over all of the documents with me in a timely manner… but not too fast where I didn’t understand what I was signing. He was very professional and I would definitely use Bay Area Notary again!

We needed to get our documents notarized for the sale of our home and our agent asked if we’d like to have a notary come to our home rather then schlep into the office(with our two young kids!). What a great idea! So, we contacted Matthew Valera from Bay Area notary at about 11:00 am. He had our documents in his possession shortly after that and came to our home at my requested time of 4:30 for signing. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. We were done within 45 minutes. Fast, friendly and reliable could be Bay Area Notary’s tag line! We’ll use them again for sure. How nice to not have to leave the house to have this done!
