They just took over my property never sent me any info from them asked me to get information that they was post to have when they changed property LEGESSE WOLDEMARIM called me his self an was trying to tell me what I did not receive on top of hanging the phone up in my face I would never deal with him an mad that my landlords would switch over to someone as rude as he is I really want to move now. Don’t take your property. Or business to him

I would have to say that Mr. Legesse Woldemariam is not very responsible when it comes to addressing tentants that cause problems. From the time he took over managing the property there is trash and papers flying everywhere in the front yard. He was called repeatedly regarding teenagers breaking into the wash room and smoking weed and leaving their trash behind. The tenant that he assigned to the apartment complex urinated on my car and he claimed he did not believe that it happened, even though I made out a police report. Other tenants (females), have called to ask for action to be taken on various items and he does not seem to want to address or return calls. Customer service skills are lacking to say the least.
