Great experience… Friendly knowledgable staff and Dr Williams never rushes me out and answers any and all questions. Very happy to find my family doctor here in Oakland… The front desk staff is always welcoming and I never have a long wait… Street parking is always available… Couldn’t ask for more!

What a great experience overall! I was in need of a doctor and had a new insurance plan. They were able to fit me in same day and the Dr took care of all my needs and questions.

the doctor was fine, but the administrator totally screwed us: we called to ask how much a USCIS exam cost without insurance, and they quoted us between $ 200 and $ 300 dollars. in the end, we were billed for $ 280. fine. then two weeks later we get a bill from LabCorp saying that we owe them $ 360. we were never even informed that their were separate charges not covered on their bill. apparently this is not illegal, but it is totally irresponsible. if you market a product (the USCIS exam), you should give full disclosure as to its complete cost or at least disclose that their will be additional costs. we’re students and this completely screwed us.

Just got a new insurance plan, and moved over to Dr Williams. I was 100% impressed. Professional, prompt service. He was friendly, inquisitive, and took his time asking me questions, and answering any questions I had. Truly, the best doctor experience I’ve had. Super happy to live around the corner, and have a general physician that I’m happy with and trust.

Both my partner and I recently saw Dr. Williams for basic physicals/​immunizations. We both had very good experiences. Dr. Williams and his staff were friendly, professional, accessible. The office is walking distance from our home – an added bonus. We are happy to have found this neighborhood provider for our basic medical needs and would recommend them to friends.

i went here to get my USCIS immigration medical exam, they were able to schedule me in the next day and were on time. they were able to provide me with the blood test for TB instead of the skin test, which is the only test that most USCIS approved physicians provide. for me the skin test would have come out false positive since i got the BCG vaccine as a baby, and resulted in my having to take a chest x-​ray… the blood test is expensive but i’m so happy i did not need to go through the whole x-​ray thing as happened to some of my friends who were forced to take the skin test. the doctor also went through my recent medical records so that i didn’t have to pay extra for any lab tests that had already been done in other facilities. i never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer my questions. i really appreciate their service and would go back anytime.
