OK, yes they have some maintenance issues, because they have older properties. On the other hand, they really tried hard to fix them. Our story is a long one, but I’m unwilling to write a book. I will just say that even though they had some issues with the property while we lived in the Apt, they tried hard to fix them. The last issue was with the plumbing. It was just way to much to fix while we lived in the unit. They offered us another unit, across town, and we declined. In the end, we left the unit and our deposit was fully refunded. Cherry was very wonderful to work with, and understanding person. The maintenance staff is hard working and do a great job. Overall we had a good experience living in a Campbell Property.

I like Campbell Properties. I am a current tenant. Sure they could get better about being more prompt with fixing up apartment needs, and for that I will give them 4 stars and not 5, but I have never been dissatisfied. They just finished refinishing my tub, and I am pretty sure it cost a whole bunch, and they got me the best person to do the job. They have sent me a happy holidays card and a $ 25 whole foods gift card every christmas for the three years I have rented with them. They are not required to do that, but that kind of personal touch goes a long way for me.
