Chef Braggs

I don’t know how to explain how incredibly talented Chef Braggs is at his skills on the burner. I’ve tried his glazed veggies and I couldn’t eat just 10, I kept going back to the point were I couldn’t control it. Chef Braggs creates the most amazing dishes and I honestly believe he is a gold mind.

Wow! What can I say? I chose Chef Braggs as my personal Chef so that I could propose to my fiancé. Foi Gras, oysters, paella, rib eye steak, calamari etc… The service was on point, and the food was amazing!!! If you select Chef Braggs for your affair, you won’t be disappointed. Five star service all the way!

Terry’s professional instruction on how to make crepes was the perfect surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend! Chef Braggs instructed him on everything from proper batter-​making technique, to frying and flipping the crepes to filling and folding the crepes and then joined us for lovely conversation over brunch. He was professional, yet down-​to-​earth and relatable. I never felt like making these somewhat-​intimidating delicacies was beyond our reach.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Braggs’ cooking on many occasions, including last year when I hired him for a private event in my home. He works diligently and carefully with his clients to come up with the perfect menu, and even takes into account dietary needs and restrictions of individual guests. For my event, he made some to-​die-​for crab cakes with a spicy aioli, fried butternut squash risotto balls, and an impressive display of fruit kebobs, among other things. I’ve also had the good fortune to try his signature fried chicken, which hits the spot, and his delectable seafood dishes– cooked to perfection! His food is simple, fresh, delicious, and comforting. HIs prices are very reasonable, especially considering that he will do all the shopping, come prepare it all in your home, and clean up afterwards! The best part is, he does all of it with a light-​hearted charm and a huge smile. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chef Braggs for a private, intimate event, a cooking class, or for a larger catered event.

Chef Braggs has a wonderful attitude and a great personality! I follow his blog and recently I used his recipe for Persian Cucumber Watermelon Salad. The ingredients were simple and the instructions very easy to follow, and yet the combination was a huge hit at the dinner party I brought it too. I find Chef Braggs’ recipes to be refined without feeling stuffy or pretentious; He’s all about fresh, quality ingredients and winning combinations. I’d love to have him cook a private meal for the hubs and I as we near the celebration of ten years together. He’s an all-​around great person.
