Dr Chen is an excellent physician and in this world of rushed medicine, tries to take the time to engage his patients.
His office however is not very well organized as staff are not equipped to provide information about emergency appointments or getting in on short notice. In this case you may need to go to an urgent care center.

I’ve been with Dr. Kevin Chen for about 3 years now, and let me tell you — he has been one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had (I’ve gone through a few). Dr. Chen really takes his time to explain things, listens to your concerns and will never rush you out of his office. The front desk receptionist can be hit or miss, but this doesn’t bother me too much. I would give Dr. Kevin Chen 6 stars if I could.
Definitely recommend Dr. Chen!!!
