Best cut in town for $ 12. I bring my son here and he always looks super clean afterwards. Omari does a great job.

I went to this place last minutes because I just got my hair braided and I needed thae back cut off. I walked in and got immediate service. A young lady cut my hair, she charged me a good price and I was on my way. Parking here could be tough, but its free.

Very welcoming shop. All skilled barbers. Omari is my guy, but when he’s busy, I have no problem trusting any of the other barbers. I drive from Santa Cruz every two weeks for my haircut. Well worth it.

Oakland, CA
Clean Cuts is almost a whole in the wall type of place. I’m used to barber shops being on main streets like San Pablo or International/​E14th, but this place; if you were not looking for it, you would stroll right past it. My main barber is Omari, young man with a lot of knowledge. He strives to provide you with a style that you are happy with, and he will not let you leave without it (he may let you go, but who wants to leave with there haircut half done???) Anyways…
I recommend Omari — he even takes debit cards! Which for me is awesome; no longer do I have to run to an ATM to get cash… I have been cut by the other guy there, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he does a mean line up.
The only reason that I am not handing this place five stars is because they do not sweep up the hair in between cuts and that is kinda not cool. But other than that, they are awesome.
