Clean Green Collision

Just got my car back from Clean Green Collision. My Subaru Forester’s rear window and wiper assembly were broken. My insurance company (Ameriprise) recommended Clean Green for the repair. From the start, the guys at Clean Green told me what to expect and Tim kept me informed of any changes, (and there were a couple). Finding a trustworthy body shop /​auto mechanic is not that easy. I found one! — and I highly recommend Clean Green Collision.

A wayward rock caused a giant crack in my windshield a couple days ago — one of those cracks that gets longer every time you look at it. I started the insurance claim process with Allstate/​Safelite, they told me that it would be a week before my windshield could get taken care of, and by the way, a $ 500 deductible.
So I scrapped that plan and called Clean Green, and Tim managed to squeeze me into the schedule; within 20 minutes I was at the shop dropping my car off. They gave me a ride home, then picked me up a couple hours later when the job was done. Even though I paid out of pocket, it was less than what my deductible would have been, and they washed my car too. All in all, a good day. I got to work from home, and my car is happy.

My experience at Clean Green was the best I have ever had with an autobody shop or mechanic. Tim was professional and personable and took such great care of me. I needed a lot of work but was on a tight budget. He not only did the repairs we discussed, he saved me money and took the initiative to do a few other little things that made my beloved, beat up Passat look like new. If I need a body shop in the future, I will most definitely go to Clean Green and ask for Tim.

I totally recommend these guys to everyone, their work is great and the owner Jacques is a man of integrity.

I would like to give these guys seven stars. My car looks good as new. I couldn’t believe how good it looked when I walked up.
I have this super delicate metallic blue paint and the color match they did is perfect. They worked with insurance for me, called and kept me in the loop, did spectacularly good pait work and were super cool about everything.

After someone was kind enough to slam into the rear end of my parked Mini Cooper S and drive off without leaving a note, I called Clean Green. I’d dealt with them before via their associated repair shop, Bay Bridge Motors… so, I knew that they were competent, good to work with, and very knowledgeable about Mini Coopers. Anyway, after calling they immediately began taking care of things. They arranged a tow truck, met with my insurance adjuster, and proceeded to get the work done quickly. They lent me their loaner car while mine was under the knife — which was great. And, in the end, they surprised me by knocking 10% off of my deductible. I’d recommend them to anyone — especially Mini Cooper owners.

I took my PT Cruiser to clean green after I hit a pole, scraping up the front fender, bumper, and ruining the headlight. My car has a custom flame paint job. Jaque recommended keeping my fender instead of getting a new one. He fixed the one I had in order to try to minimize the costs that I would incur when having the flames redone. They were very quick and professional. I had a great experience here and will send all my friends as well as get any future work on my own cars done here. This place was well worth the drive from San Ramon.

I’ve used Bay Bridge /​Clean Green for a small fix to my Mini Cooper before, and they met another shop’s estimate for me. They were easy to work with and I appreciate that they attempt to be more environmentally friendly.
Unfortunately like a dufus I backed my mini into my garage and now need to bring it in again. Another shop gave me a shorter and cheaper estimate but I’m bringing it to Clean Green anyway. Not sure why; just seems like they know their stuff and will take better care of the car.

Our Mini has been well cared for by Bay Bridge Motors, so when we got a big dent in the passenger side we brought it right in to their body shop.
We dropped it off and they worked out everything with State Farm for us. Our Mini was ready to go and looking brand new in 4 days. The body and paint work was impeccable and their rates are incredibly reasonable.

I needed minor-​ish body work on my mini cooper and had a $ 500 deductible. oakland auto body did the estimate (as per my insurance co. instructions) and they said i need not go anywhere else for an «estimate». i should just get the work done there. they got snippy when i explained i’d like to shop around for who actually did the work, as the insurance co was paying me the $. i read the great reviews of Clean Green/​Bay Bridge Motors and decided to visit Jacque. I am sooooo glad i did! They worked with me to chip away at the deductible (by cutting some agreed-​upon corners and beating the estimaate) and did amazing work on my car. they were honest and up-​front at every step. don’t get bullied into using a shop that provides the insurance co. estimate. shop around and make clean-​green one of those shops.

The people at this shop treated me VERY well. I was rear-​ended on the 580WB at the end of Sept, and I had to find a body shop who could take care of the rear end of my severely damaged pickup. I turned to
and was attracted to their perfect 5-​star rating.
Jacques, the owner of the shop, is super cool. He wrote up my estimate in conjunction with my claims adjuster, and being that it ended up having to be an uninsured motorist claim, my insurance could only give me $ 3500, and the total estimate was well over $ 5000. It was decided to spend that money on where it was needed most cosmetically, and even then, the estimate would still have cut it close. Jacques worked with the tight $ 3500 budget he was given, discounting his labor costs and trying to find used parts instead of brand new, thereby saving me even more money.
Ultimately, he had only $ 3250 to work with since he wanted to factor in the separate estimate for my custom tailpipes that also had to be replaced. In the end, it all worked out great. My truck looks almost brand new (we decided to hold off on the cabin damage for now; I might have to take the responsible party to small claims court…), and to top it all off, he let me borrow his shop’s loaner car, saving me the expense/​hassle of getting a rental.
I would TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone else who asks me if I knew of a good body shop. A million thanks, Jacques!

This place is the best! One hopes to never need body repair, but then, hey, things happen. Jacques told me it would take 3 – 4 days to finish the work, but it was completed in 24 hours. It looks great and Jacques’ price was about 15% less than other quotes I had gotten. I would definitely use this shop again and would highly recommend it.

I have been going to BayBridge Motors\Clean green collision since I moved to bay area in 2002, and they were a little shop. They have expanded into the adjacent building and are growing. They did excellent work on my BMW and VW, and now that i have moved to Virgina i am hard pressed to find a shop as good as they are.

Ya! This place rocks. Jaque owns a very honest shop. They have competitive pricing. His crew is very competent. A very diverse shop that is capable of every aspect of automobile repair.
Had paint and body work done on my bimmer several times from them. Things happen when yur car lives at BART. I get compliments on the work theyve done often. They are very experienced with dealing with the insurances.

I wrecked my Mini Cooper S in Turn Seven at Infineon Raceway in October of 07 — put it on the roof to avoid hitting another driver. After trailering it to Clean Green Collision, I got the bad news from Jacques Andres, the owner, that the car was totaled. A few days later, after I had given up and decided to sell the car for parts, Jacques called me and said he’d tried a few pulls on the frame machine and it looked like they could save the car. It may seem silly, but I love my Mini Cooper. I decided to make it a full on race car and Clean Green Collision had it ready for the February event at Infineon where I promptly put it into the wall again to avoid a bonehead move by another driver! Back to Clean Green Collision it went and this time it was ready to race in under 30 days! Not only do they perform miracles like the resurrection of my Mini Cooper, but the shop makes every effort to be green and clean. It was a pleasure dealing with Jacques and his team. I highly recommend the shop for any and all body or collision work you might need.
