Compass point is an AMAZING resource to nonprofit professionals (or really anyone at all looking for professional development). I was able to take a course in public speaking and supervision. The classes are entertaining, interactive and really constructive. They are about learning from others in the room, as well as getting a ton of great advice and resources to take home with you. It is well worth the money, and a lot cheaper than other options.
The people are very talented, qualified, and so dedicated– they even provide you with opportunities to get back in touch with them AFTER the classes end as well, which is incredible.
