This guy knows his stuff AND is a Hero. On MLK weekend — Sunday night my computer glitched after trying to download a driver. He came out in the POURING rain and spent two hours fixing the problem, updating the computer and making it better than it started. Knowledge and Service. I wont look anywhere else again!

Ralph was available to come to my home an hour after I called which was great as everyone else was going to take several days before my PC laptop could even be looked at. He was here 4 hours and the computer is somewhat fixed. It is a little faster and the word issue of not loading from the desktop only occasionally happens now, but I do not have confidence that my laptop is really fixed. I am going to give it a couple of weeks and then take it somewhere else. Ralph’s rate of $ 125 an hour makes me expect a person who brings the knowledge with them. He spent a fair amount of time looking things up on the internet to figure out the problem. Fortunately he just charged me for 2 hours
