Not really sure about his customer service or negotiating skills. I probably would NOT recommend him to a friend Seller or Buyer. However, I do wish him good luck. In a market like today, even bad realtors get business, but that’s not going to last.

I have nothing but great experience with Dan Thomas of Day & Night Realty. Dan Thomas was there from start to finish to guide us with our house buying process.
When I told him that I wanted to look at multiple houses, he made calls and was able to meet with us whenever and where ever we were available.
When I called, texted or emailed him, he always called, texted or emailed right back and if he didn’t, he had a good reason.
Dan Thomas is very knowledgeble of Oakland and surrounding areas, such as Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Castro Valley.
Dan Thomas is one of the nicest people, very polite, friendly and professional. He is good at what he does.
