Never again will I give this store my business. Their on-line tracker had my order ready and in transit at 6:16pm with a listed delivery time of 15 – 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called the store twice and both times someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. When I finally got through to someone willing to talk, they told me delivery times were 45 minutes to an hour. I reminded her that my tracker promised delivery within 20 minutes AND that we were just over an hour out. She said she’d contact the driver(not sure if she did) but he did show up an hour and five minutes after my order was placed. The pizza was cold and dry, the chicken was also cool and tasted like fried plastic. So… as I said… never! again!

This is quite possibly the worst run store I have ever encountered. There is zero management, zero accountability, and absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order about 15 minutes before closing a few days ago. I ordered online and then attempted to call the store immediately after placing the order to inquire about a way to tip my driver as I had not seen a spot for this online and was curious if there would be a place for me to add one upon receipt or whether I would have to provide cash. The phone rang for 6 – 7 minutes with no answer. I checked the pizza tracker and saw that it was received and being started by «michaella» I think it was. Anyway, I settle in for the wait and after an hour goes by, I start to get a little nervous that it is not coming. Again, cannot get in contact with anyone at the store as they have closed by this time. Finally, I check my bank statement and see that my money was refunded. Basically, they just cancelled my order and packed it in for the night without giving me so much as a courtesy call. I wish I could say thats where it ended, but when I called the next day I was met with zero apologies or any sort of compensation. This was after the phone rang for 10 minutes… The assistant manager, Majid, simply said that the money was refunded and asked if he could take my order now, as if I were calling to place an order! I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that one would not be in until later and they would have him call me. Still waiting on that call… This is a store that truly does not deserve to be in business and is actually just damaging the reputation of the company for an entire segment of Oakland. Domino’s corporate, I hope you are reading this, you should definitely revoke the ownership rights of this franchisee as they are doing serious damage to your brand!

If it’s that hard to deliver the food that was actually ordered, you guys should not be open for business. I ordered a medium pizza, an Italian sub, and a chicken Caesar salad. And what do I get? A pizza(the ONLY correct order), a garden salad, and a chicken parm sandwich. Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. Way to go imbeciles.

Horrible service. Promised delivery time was 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. Called Dominos after 20 minutes and was told driver was enroute. When driver finally arrived I refused the order.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I order a pizza for delivery. Lady said it would take 40min. Over an hour later it wasn’t here. I asked to speak to the manager and she immediately had an additude. She said that they don’t deliver here and it’s very far away. It’s only 1.4 miles away. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I first ordered and she said her employee didn’t know that. I said it would help to know it would be over an hour for delivery and she said well next time call a different domino’s in a completly rude way. I asked her name and she said I didn’t need to know her name, than said it was monica. I can’t believe she is the manager and is allowed to treat customers with complete disrespect.

Years ago, I delivered pizzas in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On any given night, we had at least three delivery drivers on. Five or six on Fridays, Saturdays, and special events. People love ordering pizzas on snowy nights. And when it got busier than the drivers could handle, we stopped taking delivery orders. Because it’s rude to make people wait that long. And because cold pizza is the worst. We decided to try Domino’s tonight for a change. Online ordering went fine. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. After 90 minutes, I called the store. Got excuses and was told my driver is out with our food and should be there any minute. We live less than a mile away. Thirty minutes later, the pizza finally arrived. When I asked the driver what the deal was, he said they only had two drivers. Are you kidding me? And the pizza? Unsurprisingly cold. Two hours for cold pizza delivery on an average Friday night? Not acceptable. This was our first and last order.

Super slow and the employees lie to you when you call and ask where your pizza is when it’s an hour late. The pizza isn’t the greatest but it’s the only place that isn’t incredibly expensive and they deliver to my college. They cook the pizza correctly so I have to hand that to them and the drivers don’t get too lost on my campus, they’re just super late consistently. You have to order BEFORE you get terribly hungry. I ONLY order online because it’s easier.

I have a film production company near the Oakland airport and I had the idea to order pizza for myself and some of my colleagues today working late in my office. I looked up the number to dominoes and placed an order at 4:05pm. I was asked my address and my name and was told it would take and hour and 20 minutes because they were short staffed. I accepted that and waited on my order, I called back an hour later to give them detailed direction on how to get to my office in my building because their is more than one entrance. After an hour and a half had elapsed I gave them a call to check on my order and see if it had gone out, they assure me it had gone out and would be delivered soon. After 2 hours I called back again, this time they asked what my order number was but they had not given me one. I told them that they looked it up and said it should be there soon I told them this was ridiculous and don’t they have some type of policy on this? They told me they would offer me something free but my order already left. After 2 hours and 50 minutes passed I called them again and again they asked for my order number, then put me on hold. When they returned they asked could they take my order, I told them I ordered 3 hours ago. They put me on hold yet again, then came back on and told me, oh you live too far and we don’t deliver there sorry. This is after they lied to me twice telling me it was on the way. I demanded to talk to the manager. The«Manager» told me they have a bunch of new associates and they didn’t know what to do in this situation, I was upset and asked why did her associates lie to me multiple times. All she could do is apologize meanwhile my staff was hungry with no food on the way. This Domino’s location will never receive another order from me, these people are liars.

I haven’t ate Domino’s in years but I brought my uncle here to get pizza for the kiddos. The girl took his order and he asked for a 2 liter sprite. While waiting I decided to try the Alfredo pasta & wings. Then a different lady comes I guess she was a supervisor. Tells me they don’t have sprite and the girl who took his order knew they don’t have sprite. I look and there’s a 2 liter sprite sitting right there in my face. And she still continues to tell me there’s no more sprite. So I told her to just give me my uncles money back for the 2 liter. Then she says«actually we do have sprite». The pasta was digusting and cold. And when I asked if I could get my wing half bbq and half spicy. She said no the system wont let me do it. I told her to just cancel the order. She then says okay I’ll only do it for you. Like that was gonna change my mind. I’ll never ever come here or any other Domino’s again. I’d rather spend my money at Little caesars, at least they are good. The only good thing is that they give canceled orders to the homeless.

I guess laughing and talking with your employees, is better then taking care of your customers! I just left this location not even an hour ago and finally to arrive home after a hards day work, to a pasta bowl that’s highly incorrect pissed me the F*** off… The employee((some little light skinned girl)) in her teenage years((Figures)) finally approaches me at the window, even tho I’ve been there for a few mins, and asks me if I have a pick up or am I placing an order. I tell her placing a order, she says okay and she’s still standing there… I’m like okay… «I’d like to create my own pasta bread bowl please» she says«okay» and she’s still standing in the same place as if she’s cemented there, not in front of a computer like she needed to be so she could have captured my order the way it was suppose to be. I’m telling her everything I wanted in my bread bowl, and her only response the whole time threw was«Okay» never repeated the order back nothing!!! She finally walks over, and inputs everything she THOUGHT I said after I ordered it. 15mins later it’s done, me not being smart I should have opened the box and looked in but I didn’t! I gave the benefit of the doubt((I can’t EVER do that again)) I get home, and there’s Alfredo sauce everywhere, the last time I checked I thought marinara sauce was red… That was what I asked her for, great … I asked for extra shredded CHEESE, no cheese to be seen at all what so ever … I guess In her world the Alfredo sauce was the«extra cheese» hence the reason it was all over the place. And to top it all off, the dough inside of the bread bowl wasn’t even cooked all the way((Boiling Cracking Point))!! Clap clap dominos, you guys are really something, way to go to earn the worst customer service and worst food award! BETTEREMPLOYEES is what you guys need! That was just ridiculous, you mise well say I walked in there, threw 8 $ dollars on the floor and said you can just have it, just because… Won’t be returning to this location ever again!!!

I ordered my pizza and tracked it as well. It said that my pizza was delivered and they hope I enjoyed it as well. For one my pizza never got to me and I called the location as well but no one picked up. I’ve never had this problem before. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again that’s for sure.

I ordered a lunch combo for my construction crew at 11:10. Well I called at 11:10, and was on hold until 11:22. I told the girl that I wanted to order two large pizzas, bread sticks, and a two liter of coke, so long as it could be delivered by 12 noon. We take lunch at noon I also asked for plates and cups to be delivered, so we could enjoy the soda. Five dudes and no cups = no bueno. She took my order and hung up the phone without taking my card number. I had to call back, wait on hold again, to give my card number. She assured me again it would be there by noon. At 12:40 we went back to work, having eaten nothing. The driver pulled up close to 1:00 pm and tried to hand me the wrong order, didn’t have plates or cups, and was completely clueless on the fact that our lunch was over do I had no use for the pizza . At first I told the guy to take the pizza, and refund my money. But the guys I Work with still wanted to eat, so I reluctantly paid the guy(and even tipped him). I am displeased to say the least. I like the way the crust tastes, but this is the second time I have been screwed by dominoes. That said, the construction crew pizza options are limited, and I will probably puss out and order from them again. Lame!

I order from this place all the time and I have never had a bad experience until the last 2 deliveries(one was today). The delivery times have become ridiculous, keep in mind the dominos is less than Half a mile away. Today it took almost 2 hours for it to arrive. When it arrived we were told it would cost $ 43.57, when we ordered a deal online with credit card! The deal was for 2 pizzas and some bread bites for $ 26.99. The delivery driver was confused and didn’t have the stores phone number?! I then talked to the supposed«manager» and she began to explain it was unpaid for and we were unable to confirm this with the bank at the time. And she was having such a hard time trying to explain why it came to $ 43.57 when the total should have came to $ 29.42 according to the online purchase. She says«our online prices are different from phone ordering» which still did not make sense and as I begin my argument about paying that much money she starts giving me attitude and says I can give my pizza back to the driver and we can keep our money. She didn’t stop there she didn’t know how to please a paying customer and solve this solution, I told her I would pay $ 30 cash and I will take my pizza. She then raised her voice and says or you can pay the $ 43.57 or I’ll tell my driver to take the pizza and leave. I’m gonna stop this here, I can continue to rant about how horrible this service was but I wont. This place does not deserve anymore of my attention I will now have to change locations and hope they have better service. Hope you read this supposed manager and you better give that extra $ 1i gave you to that delivery driver.

I order from this domino’s all the time. I asked an employee if they delivered to my house and they told me yes, but online it says that they don’t deliver to my house. Anyways tonight I called 3 different times and I was put on hold twice, once for 5 minutes and the second time for more than 5 mins and then they hung up on me. Customer service could use a nice good touch up.

Reviews are not kidding, it takes about 1 ½ hr to get the pizza delivered even if the tracker says I hope you are enjoying your pizza. Its not the first time I order from here but I know I have to do it way ahead. My review tonight is for the driver who checked on the ammount of his tip before he handed me the food, really? A bit nervous becuse you know its been way long? I just hope they dont spit on my food. I called to ask why the delay and within the first ring they hang up on me, 5 times! What is this? Middle school? Seriously, who owes this place? I would reccomend to stay close before you are out of bussiness.

I’m not quiet sure what this online ordering system helped or why it would say my order was delivered but was not. And when I called 15 – 20 mins after not physically receiving it the employee would tell me they don’t know why it says it was delivered(even though she didn’t ask for an order # to know if it had or hadn’t). Nor can I figure out why the online system has nothing to do with them(says the dominos employee). Are you really tracking my orders or lying about tracking my orders?

We order online and it usually takes less than 30 minutes to get our pizzas. Been ordering from this Dominos for about 2 years and we’ve had very few problems. Once they brought us the wrong order… whoever got our order must have been surprised cause we order some strange pizzas. All the drivers have been friendly and when we get the right order, the pizza is always tasty. It’s a high volume business, so I give them some wiggle room, but more often then not, they come through and really make our evening more enjoyable.

Very poor service waited two hours for my food, driver was at the wrong location for at least 30min. Does not make sense to hire drivers to do deliveries if they do not comprehend english and are not familiar with the surrounding area to arrive in a timely manner! NEVERORDERINGHEREAGAIN

The reviews about the long delivery times are true and what brings me to post this negative review. I have ordered several times from this location and been happy with quality and service but not once over the last year. Average delivery time is 1 hour. The online tracker is cool BUT when you see that your order was done 45 minutes ago and is not yet delivered, that tool defeats its own purpose. Time to find a new delivery place.

One of the few places where you can buy gluten-free pizza. Its pretty good. You can also order you pizza via mobile app. The app allows you to chose your toppings and even pay using credit card. Very convinient. Keep moving forward — provide more options for gluten free pizza:)
