Doretha Morris Personal Training

So I have been very reluctant to take group classes because I like my alone time, but boy, am I sorry I waited so long!
I took Doretha’s BODY SCULPT class at Truve on Monday at 4pm (there’s also a 7am for you early birdies) not sure what to expect. I now expect to feel like I moved mountains every Monday because it was a) challenging but not so hard I couldn’t keep up, b) quick paced so I felt I was working out the entire time, and c) thoroughly engaging because I feel like even my fingertips got a workout!
Doretha is no-​frills, so if you like a session that gets you a little winded, a lot sweaty and very motivated, this is a great class for you. We used weights, mats, a partner and ourselves and giant ball things to get muscles moving. If you want to try it, there’s lots of packages to choose from at Truve like 10 classes, Unlimited week passes, even monthly membership deals if you workout 2x a week or more, that’s the best deal. Doretha knows the schedule and can advise you on classes to get results. I’m still a little sore but I can function at work so that’s why I’m going back to her next week! SEE YOU THERE!

Doretha really knows her stuff! Definitely get a great work out every time I work out with her. I have learned so much from her.
