El Rincon Tarasco

This is a group review. It’s not super detailed but rather just a few key notes that most of us agreed on.
–Mid size location, good for maybe 20 – 25 people max
–Crispy tacos are very good but only come with potatoes or chicken. Barbacoa is also very good
–Restroom available but they are in the kitchen which is not visible from the eating area

Amazing burritos and salsas! They are generous with the sour cream and guacamole. The guacamole is really fresh tasting. The chicken in the burrito was perfectly done. The service is very friendly and accommodating. My family goes there frequently and we really enjoy it. I can’t wait to go back and try their birria de chivo, I could never make that at home!

nice looking restaurant with a few chairs/​tables for sitdown. tried to order camorones diabla (10.75) but they didn’t have any shrimps. asked for horchata but they don’t carry this.

–abo? torta (4.00) looked like a slice and ham, tasted bland with lettice, mayo, tomatoes on a torta. really sad torta.
:-coffee (1.50) farmers: surprislngly it tasted okay
–papas fritas (2) fries was plentiful and average, from frozen.
–gratis chips tasted fresh along with the salsa
frijoles refritos:
–service was very, very slow (kitchen’s fault)
–waitress very, very friendly, attentive
–order alternative, breakfast would have been better. burritos a maybe.
–place is new. sad when the best tasting/​selling item (s) in a mex eatery are the non mex items. (a what if).

I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a burrito in this part of town — but I was pleasantly surprised when I popped in here the other day. Now you can find it too… The restaurant is new and clean (what?! On International!?), and the staff is friendly. I got a couple of very tasty super burritos (no black beans, but still good) and I gorged my starving self on chips with their tasty salsa verde while I waited.
