Epiphany Coaching

My work with Epiphany was, in a word, transformative. I worked with her for about 5 sessions that were each around 2 hours long. All along the way I was feeling the results of our work together. Particular old and worn-​out habits we went to work on– gone! The childhood trauma memories… all they are now are just memories — there is zero emotional upheaval connected to them… Amazing! I also feel less anxiety and have a sense of freedom to be more of who I want to be in the world than ever before. And the results have lasted! I have done years (and I mean years) of talk therapy and many other forms of self help — most of them were helpful and have their place but the efficiency with which Epiphany worked (her expertise combined with tremendous intuition and compassionate humor) was beyond anything I have done before. Epiphany is an amazing coach. She really helped me break through my limiting beliefs so that I could start leading the life I want to live. I am now able to blast forward as an entrepreneur. I have been seeking to improve my personal life for many years because I knew I was unstable in many areas of my life and after seeking and applying many different forms of therapy with little or no results I began searching for of a different kind of counseling since the traditional therapies were not very effective.
I came across Epiphany on Unilocal,read her reviews and became very interested in her work as a life coach, so I decided to schedule an appointment and see for myself.
Upon meeting her in person I felt comfortable, her presence and the serenity of her office allowed me to feel very calm.
After my first session I came out a different person than when I went in, the positive impact of one session with Epiphany was better than years of any other therapy I had tried in the past. Issues that bothered me and took my attention away from more important things disappeared.

Due to some difficulties in our marriage, my wife and I decided to go to Epiphany for a counseling session. It was my wife’s idea and I was happy to do it to improve our relationship.
First session, was really interesting, Epiphany checked in with both of us on the phone individually, understanding what we each want from the relationship. session started; at first bumpy, but little after turned into a very smooth interaction between my wife, myself and Epiphany and things started to align. It was a great feeling to listen to an impartial second opinion on our conflicts. Both my wife and I felt a lot lighter after the session.
Epiphany is knowledgable, insightful and extremely smart. detail oriented and extremely articulate. She challenged our thoughts and opinions in the most productive way possible that really resonated with us.
little did I know that our problems were deeper than just one session and we weren’t proactive about scheduling other sessions with Epiphany. through series of incidents my marriage fell apart and my wife moved out. I called Epiphany and begged for help.
Words can’t do the justice on how Epiphany handled the situation. It took her couple of weeks to put things back together again and finally my wife moved back in. extremely difficult times for my wife and I but knowing Epiphany is working behind the scenes gave us the comfort. I owe my marriage to Epiphany.

My work with Epiphany was much more than life coaching or counseling. The depth and impact of her work didn’t seem obvious at first because it was fun and interesting and I was expecting something heavy and intense. She is a practitioner who far surpasses someone who has solely learned a set of skills. Epiphany is able to truly empathize and her passion and connection for her work far surpass a skill.
Epiphany’s guidance and application of the NLP method allowed me to be free of some issues that had been holding me down for a long time. The effect was subtle and has been long lasting. I doubted this would be possible at first, but am amazed at the effectiveness of her, and the method. This truly was an experience of being healed from some very painful events and was done by Epiphany in a caring, intelligent and professional manner.

There are no word to describe what Epiphany does and how she does it. I went from having the weight of the world on my shoulders to having perspective! She focuses only on YOU, she never waivers, and the light that she shines is captivating, and if you are having a hard time finding YOUR light, she helps you find it. She did for me. I plan on seeing Epiphany for a long time because not only is she a fantastic coach and mentor, she’s truly a luminous person to be around. She is my teacher and learning from her is the best experience I’ve had in a very long time :)

Honestly — I didn’t know what to expect but really wanted to try a different approach to help me through some work anxiety I was going through and Epiphany really seemed like someone I could connect with. From our first meeting she made me feel really comfortable and made it easy to talk through the issues keeping me from being able to feel secure and successful in my job. My stress and anxiety was so severe I couldn’t sleep, function at work or at home, and my health was on a serious decline. After only a couple of sessions, we did an exercise that drilled down into my specific fears and I am not joking — the fears are gone! Every time I even try to go to that emotional space, I snap right out of it! I was a bit skeptical, but it does really really work. Believe me, you really need to put in the self work, be willing to be really open (sometimes painfully so) but once she drills down to the specific core issues, she helps you attack them one by one. I still have a lot of work to do on other issues and am working with her con them, but I haven’t been this confident and secure in my job in years. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose — except your stress!

Epiphany makes the exploration of limiting believes a fun, safe and deep journey that every one should take. Once we land at the place where we both we present to those core issues that were holding me back she gets really committed and excited to take you on a different journey.
You know how you can drive every day through the same place for some times years? Then one day you go through that same place but this time you are not driving, you are in the passenger side and it almost feels like you are going through that place for the first time in your life. Working with Epiphany, it is like discovering a whole new world with new things that you did not even know were there. That is exciting on its own but Epiphany take it a step further. As the driver, she is pointing out to you all the places that you have missed and how they can serve you to have the life you want. Imagine that!
So that second journey with her is like that. You feel like a child in a candy story. There is a realization on a deep level that you can truly create the life you want, that you can have your cake and eat it too. You get to pick and choose your new reality and have the tools and the map on how to create that.
What more can one ask for from your coach?!

I first pulled my hamstring in a yoga class eight months ago. I was doing an upside-​down split and my yoga teacher, at the time, pushed against my hips without asking. By pushing on my hips, my hamstring was pulled. From that point on, certain moves that used to be easy became very difficult. I became fearful I might hurt myself in my yoga practice, and I became frustrated with the level I was at. I tried techniques such as acupuncture and massage to try to heal my body, but none of these modalities worked.
My new yoga teacher, Jennifer, recommended doing an NLP (Neuro-​Linguistic Programming) session with her to heal my injury. I didn’t know what to expect when I scheduled the appointment with her, but I was pleasantly surprised with the result. I came out of the session truly pleased and healed! Immediately, I was able to stretch my leg higher than I’ve been able to stretch it since my injury first occurred.
Jennifer takes you on an exploration into the conscious and unconscious mind to heal trauma. I highly recommend her to anybody that wants to break psychological patterns, health problems, and anything else you choose to work on.

The other reviews here are almost understating Jennifer’s effectiveness. This is not meant as an insult the other reviewers, only that Jennifer’s work with me was successful far beyond my expectations. Having read about NLP, I was eager to begin work with a coach to continue what I thought was progress. After one visit, Jennifer has transformed my life.
I specifically sought to address some of my social behaviors at work that I did not care for, things that have plagued me for years. In the week after my FIRST meeting with Jennifer, two Chief Officers, unsolicited, commented positively on my ‘strong presence’. Also, many colleagues have commented on my effectiveness in dealing with others. My confidence has skyrocketed (at work and outside of work) and my public speaking has improved. My old self-​limiting beliefs no longer make any sense to me. My new positive beliefs are my only beliefs. For example: when faced with public speaking, the old me would get nervous. Now I instinctively believe“this is my most effective form of communication!“
Jennifer very effectively combines therapy with NLP and hypnosis. She is able to get to the root of issues and resolve them, fast. Regular therapy cannot compete with this. She is incredibly energetic and is enthusiatic about seeing her clients progress. Her intuitive, empathic personality really makes her a great person to work with espicially on deeply personal matters.

As a long term practitioner myself of healing arts, I feel blessed to have connected with Jennifer Long. Jennifer is a deeply embodied NLP practitioner, massage therapist, yoga instructor etc. Her facility with NLP tools combined with clear intuition and empathy makes her work profound and efficient. Her commitment to meeting people at a spiritual level grounds the sessions in a way that goes far beyond any technique.
