I decided to plan my wedding in less than a month! We have a small backyard and I had a big vision. I contacted Henry and Eddie who were happy to help me bring my vision to reality! Henry met with me to measure the space and gave me great ideas to maximize seating, also how to hide some of the unsightly parts of the yard. Given the short turn around we were lucky that all equipment was available. When I called two days before to add a few more items Henry had no problem securing those items. The customer service is top notch! The delivery was on time and seamless and when my idea of a large white background wasn’t working out right, Henry saved the day and suggested using a faux brick wall that he had loaded in the truck already (talk about planning ahead) and when the cool night air settled in I knew that my guest would freeze so the morning of the wedding Henry came through with beautiful heaters so my guests could be comfortable. I have worked in the event industry for over 10 years and with some very large production companies i could not ask for better customer service, quality product and fair prices! I will continue to use event magic both personally and professionally.

Henry and the team at Event Magic provided the rentals for our wedding and everything worked out great from start to finish. They were easy to work with and had everything we needed. The pricing and service far exceeded other rental companies in the area and I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Henry took excellent care of us before during and after our event for 300 people – from permits to props to setup to last-​minute heat lamps when the day turned out to be unseasonably cold. Thank you Henry!

We used Event Magic for our wedding ceremony and reception in Oakland earlier this year and the were indeed Magic!
At first we decided to use a different event rental company, but when we were only a month away from the wedding, they were being unresponsive to our emails. With only a few weeks left I called Event Magic to bail us out and from the get-​go they were prompt in responding, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
The location we had our wedding ceremony and reception earlier this year was an art gallery, mostly located on the second floor.
They had to work with the restrictions of an active gallery and delivered the items during the allotted times and made sure to work with the gallery owners to not be disruptive.
Everything was delivered on time and taken down quickly and on time after the wedding. They were amazing!

Event Magic has done it again!
I’m an Event Planner and I go to Event Magic all the time for my event rentals and they never disappoint! I worked closely with Henry who was super patient with my client’s many tweaks and changes, but everything came out well and as planned. There was one slight issue with the coffee makers, but I texted Henry about it and before I knew it, there was someone en-​route to replace and set them up! This is very important to note because (of course) any event can have it’s kinks, but I was SUPER IMPRESSED of how quickly they sought to resolve them! Henry even texted me later to make sure everything was going well! Their delivery staff was also very hard-​working and friendly. I will definitely keep using them!

Eddie an the crew are very easy to work with. I have placed several orders with them for company functions and they have always come through on time and in a nick of time! Their pricing is affordable and beats any other local vendors pricing. Believe me, I have searched.

We used Event Magic for our wedding reception at Costanoa Lodge in Pescadero, CA a couple of weeks ago.
The tent, dance floor and lighting were all very nice and expertly set up without any worry or concern from us. The event was wonderful and Eddie was helpful/​infomative throughout the planning process as we decided exactly what we needed.

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Henry Perez at Event Magic. The past two years he and his crew has always done a tremendous job hosting our Annual Client Appreciation Casino party, our clients enjoy his engaging persona as they look forward to our event every year! Mike at Event Magic was SO nice! He was quite patient with me as I changed the vision of my party, and hence changed the items I was going to rent! Ultimately, I chose a few tables, chairs, coolers, and patio heaters. It wasn’t a big order, but he made me feel like I was an important customer, nonetheless.

These guys are great. Called them last minute when another provider fell through, and not only were they able to accommodate a large rental order for the same day (tables, chairs, linens), they were also able to deliver for a small fee, and their overall rates were cheaper than the original vendor we found. I hired Event Magic to provide tables and equipment for an event last year. They got the job because they had the best price, and were very accommodating of the venue’s drop off & pickup times (which other companies quoted me an arm and a leg for). That great experience with Henry and his crew earned them another job on a much bigger event this year. I took him a quote from one of the Big Name rental companies– which had been slow to respond and very impersonal, but I figured I’d work with them as an easy one-​stop shop.
I’m so glad I gave Henry a chance to beat their quote. He went above and beyond to not only offer me a better price on needed items, but also recommend that I contact certain vendors directly to save a little extra money. I didn’t need anything custom-​made this time, but good to know they have an entire workshop and studio to create almost anything you could want. On a tight timeline and with a limited budget, Event Magic nailed it! I also want to commend the team that delivered and broke down the equipment the day of my event. They worked quickly, safely and with a smile. All around, a great experience. I highly recommend!

I needed some stanchions for a short film shoot and couldn’t find them anywhere. Well, Event Magic has them, and at a very low price.
Also, these guys gave some friends of mine a great deal on wedding plates, silverware, glassware, etc.

I just want to give a big shout out to Event Magic!!! I planned a tiki party for my husband’s big 40^th birthday to be held in our backyard this past weekend. I called about renting the tiki bar from event magic. I actually didn’t hear back from them after my original call and then had to follow-​up but they apologized and were nice.
I had confirmed to rent not only the tiki bar but also china, silverware, linens, chafing dishes, etc. Up to this point everything had been satisfactory at best.
The big over the top WOW came when Henry came to deliver the items and looked around the backyard and told me he could make it look «…much more tiki» and they had a lot more great items. He asked me my budget and I was honest that I didn’t have much room left after renting the tiki bar etc… He said he would put something together within my budget and make it «really great».
Despite that they had a busy schedule that weekend with big festivals Henry came back wtih really incredible tiki items that truly transformed our backyard into a tiki garden. You could tell that Henry is really passionate about what he does and enjoys transforming ordinary spaces.
He emphasized that they work with every budget after I commented that they must do a lot of corporate events given the high quality of work. I will definitey be calling Event Magic for any future events. In fact, I now realize that even ‘normal’ people can plan great events with their help.

Eddie at Event Magic made it all happen! With only two weeks before my event i was looking for enough tables and chairs to seat 250+ people. Eddie worked with me to make our budget and time frames work.
They came when they said they would, set the place up just the way i asked and then came later in the evening to pick everything up!
I’ve already recommended them to others as a choice Vendor.
