I had a pretty smashed up side-​door so I went to Fruitvale Collision. They were able to fix the door and match the paint perfectly in less then 2 days. The customer service was excellent as well, they have some good down to earth guys over there. As far a pricing went I don’t think anyone would do it for less, Fruitvale Collision was able to do the job for $ 700.00 less then Macco. There is no doubt they’ve built their business on a foundation of high quality work and honest pricing. I would highly recommend this shop.

Put a hole in the rear bumper of a friend’s car and after visits to several other body shops, Robert was by far the most helpful and friendly person I spoke to about getting it fixed. Job was done quickly and for $ 150 less than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about how nice, understanding and courteous the owner is. As many other people here I“ve experienced the same feeling of comfort and trust — he is simply a guy who takes care of business — no fuss. I wish more people were as sweet and service oriented as Robert in this line of business. I am happy I ‘m close and my little car can be taken care of in such a great shop.

I have been going back and forth about painting my 2005 Honda because my clear coat is peeling. I have called several shops and they all want you to come in to answer any questions, even the basics. I called Fruitvale Collision Center and the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful! He asked me what type of car, the year, color, and sedan or coupe. Within minutes he was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost to paint my car the existing color or change the color. He was awesome! Now I have the information I need to move forward, and will definitely be getting my work done here. Love honest people. So hard to find these days.

I was recommended by another business Minute Mufflers of Oakland, CA to go to Robert for installing a special tow hitch on my 96 Pontiac Grand Prix SE; not an easy job especially for the do-​it-​yourselfer like myself. It was installed and was an excellent job. I especially was more than impressed by Roberts courteousness and professionalism.; I own a business and I am very conscious of that. I’ve had to return for other work, to repair my rear bumper. I damaged it pulling out of a driveway and the plastic got torn and split. The work was so nice that I eventually want to get my entire car painted. They even washed it as well. Looked like a new car. Excellent business man and great, great employees as well. When they have the time they have even dropped me off or picked me up at the Bart station as a courtesy. They have my business no doubt.

Had a fender bender a few months back, took it to fruitvale collision. I spoke with Robert who was very helpful. Dropped off my car and had it back in a few short days in perfect condition. When I decided to paint the whole car I brought it back to fruitvale collision. A complete color change form turquoise to candy purple. They did an amazing job! Anything from little dings to complete custom color change, I highly recommend fruitvale collision center.

Some friends of mine had a van that just stopped running, and Fruitvale Collision was on the next corner from where their car stopped, so they pulled the van in, and Robert took care of them. My friends are very picky about everything, and did nothing but cry the praises of Robert. So, when my car needed some mechanical work, I took it to Robert. He was incredibly pleasant and clearly knowledgeable, and I felt very confident about leaving my car with him. He not only did a great job repairing my car, but his prices cannot be beat. He is honest, fair, qualified. Robert LOVES what he does and treats each car with the care every owner hopes a mechanic will give her/​his car. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not only not be sorry you took your car to Robert for mechanical work, you will be VERY happy!!!

I was in a collision and was reffered here by my mechanic. Robert, the owner, was great. He was curtious, dropped me off and picked me up at my house, did a great job with my car and even did a little extra! I highly recommend this place!
