Grace did a wonderful job on our home in Alameda. It is a huge old victorian that we made very modern and it needed tons of furniture to fill it. She completely «got» the playful yet elegant nature of the home and brought this thoughtfully to each space. Her paint color choices were excellent and the house has never looked better. She also integrated a few of our own pieces. She is a true artist and clearly cares about the homes she works on in a deep way — much like we did as homeowners. Highly recommended! I’m hoping to convince her to help me decorate my next house ;)

At first my wife and I balked at the idea of spending money to stage our house. After all we had always received compliments on our décor. However, based on our trusted realtors recommendation, we went ahead and met with Grace. She spent a good deal of time going through our house, recommending colors, and discussing elements that probably should be changed. Since it was both her and our realtor’s opinion that we should completely empty our house for staging, that’s what we did. What happened was amazing! Our family home was transformed into a show place and we received an amazing amount of foot traffic during our open houses. We have no doubt that Grace was instrumental in helping us sell our house within 10 days and receive well over the asking price. She was worth every penny she received and there is no doubt that it was a worthwhile investment.

Grace is an incredible stager. She does not use a lame «formula» for her staging — it is an art form for her. Every home is unique and she really works with the specific space to make sure that the furnishings really help to define the space.
I use Grace for every home that I sell now. I don’t even mess around with other stagers anymore. I have seen so many tacky staging jobs done by other stagers. Sure, they may be a little bit cheaper but they also make the house look cheap as well.
Grace has an incredible inventory of vintage pieces mixed with modern pieces and real artwork on the walls, not the art I see other stagers use that looks like it was probably picked up at Target or TJ Maxx.
Grace always delivers a quality, unique and gorgeous end product and my homes always sell fast and for over asking… so the proof is in the sales price!
