Terry cut my 11 year old son’s hair about 4 months ago-​it was halfway down his back. He is autistic and hates having his hair combed so I combed it thoroughly before we got there, having washed it the night before. We brought 2 pictures that he chose for what he wanted it to look like. He has very thick slightly wavy hair, and she was gentle, letting him know at each step what she was going to do and why, and he was calm the whole time. She was kind and respectful and did an amazing job! Now I have an appointment to get my (curly and fine) hair cut this week.

Terry is a very experienced colorist and really understands hair. She stayed open for us after a long Saturday two weeks before Christmas! She worked until 8:30 pm trying to correct a color disaster. She was extremely patient and very sweet. Will definately see her again!

Terry does a great job! She knows hair. She listens to what you want but she also provides suggestions based upon her experience. I have very curly hair and many stylists do not know how to handle it. Terry does. I won’t go anywhere else.

I did not enjoy my experience at the Beauty Center, Montclair. The lighting was bad, and there was a terrible smell of nails while having my haircut. The Haircut was Ok, but Terry was talking on the phone a lot while she was doing my hair. Won’t go back.
