High Street Express

Decided to try this hidden place out, usually some would say a hidden treasure but I won’t suggest that with this place. No sampling. So I had to purchase a $ 1.85 container of spicy chicken to see if that’s what I wanted. Wasn’t bad but decided on the Orange chicken which was horrible! The fried rice is okay. Not a place I will return to. Maybe if they allowed you to sample you would actually find something you like and come back.

Thought i saw a Unilocal review for this place but now i can’t find it, so here goes. High St express is located in a decripit strip mall a block away from mi pueblo on high street, next to the donut shop. basically no décor.
menu: various scoop and go options from the steam table. 3.99 gets you an egg roll, fried rice, and an entrée. about 7 entrees seen, brocculi beef, kao pao chicken, fried shrimp?, sweet & sour pork, etc. drink options includes coke, jarritos, water,

amazing unbreaded tender chicken sautee fried with zuchinnis and other veggies with a lot of chewy rice. a real bargain. so much rice your can save it, add soy sauce and you have another meal!
