I order delivery here about twice a month when I’m craving crappy Chinese food. It generally takes about 30 – 45 minutes for the food to get here, and I live 5 blocks away. It’s a love-hate relationship. It’s not the best, but when I tried other places, I always wish I ordered from Hong Kong instead. I generally order the dinner combo A or something, broccoli beef with pork fried rice, and it comes with an egg roll and a coke. Pretty good value for the portions. The portions are generally huge. The fried rice is kind of on the dried side, and it definitely does not reheat well. I will also get the Egg Foo Young. It’s not bad. The food trucks at my Philly college campus makes it better. The chop suey is just a mix of bland vegetables in a bland sauce. I am definitely not a fan of the lo mein either. It’s convenient, it’s decent price for the portions, and the food tastes okay. Pretty good option when you’re too lazy to cook or go out and get food.

Horrible food, oily and far away from being Asian. Those who think this place is good clearly haven’t eaten at other places. To top it off they charge 75cents for paying using card. Its the bottom of the barrel.

This place is like trying to get back with your ex because you’re lonely and in need of companionship but halfway through, you realize why it didn’t work out in the first place and lightweight hate yourself for coming back. This place is cheap, fast, and easy to access with parking but quality is not something you would find here. I usually come back because I’m desperate for some Chinese food and this is the closest restaurant near my area. For the best quality rice(not saying a lot) go here during lunch as it seems fresh(er). I bought food here at 4pm and the rice was hard because it seems they take the rice and stir fry it in soy sauce which technically is fried rice but come on; no carrots, egg, nothing! Just rice, oil, and soy sauce. The salt and pepper fish was pretty good as well as the sweet & sour pork but the orange chicken felt like it was going to give me a heart attack with it’s heavy batter and grease. I usually come back once every two months so I can’t say it’s truly horrible. Besides, the staff here are usually nice so that’s a big plus.

Fast Food… only come here for lunch cause in west oakland there’s only few Chinese fast food spot you can go to. Price is decent 3 item 6.00 and some change. Fried rice do look alittle greasy and where’s the vegetables?! Only rice and chicken. I think they have about 16 item? Not sure didn’t count usually only get the chow Mein and fried shrimp and spicy chicken.

Thought I could save myself the trip of going to Chinatown to grab some fast food. Wasted 30 bucks for some crappy food which didn’t taste like no Chinese. All I could taste was the starch in my mouth. Low quality dried fried ribs. Rice on the counter looks like it’s been sitting out for a few days. This place deserves a 1 star because overall the employers are really rude yelling at customers like chirping birds. DONOTCOMEHEREWASTEOFMONEY! McDonald’s even tastes better!

my co workers and I were craving rice and this place seamed reasonable. I ordered Shrimp and fried rice and some wonton soup, they ordered beef broccoli and combo fried rice. The food arrived fast and the lady was so nice but my soup was lacking flavor and my rice was too salty. I think it was an off night so I will give it a second try.

Waste of $ 40+ Have a newborn and thought I’d save myself a trip to the store during the storm and decided to use eat24, BIG mistake! Worse food I’ve ever had! Pot stickers were spit out by my 13yr old Broccoli beef was so bad String beans had been over cooked or reheated to many times Chow main was ok but it had more onions than noodles But really how do you ruin steamed rice? Would give 0 stars if I could Eat24 give me my money back! They should really eat at these placed before they add them to their list :(((,

This place was a pleasant surprise. Decided to order Chinese for delivery. Jumped on Grubhub and went thru the list of places open. Saw the name and checked out the menu. Smiled. Finally, a place that has Ginger Beef! It was one of my favorite dishes as a kid but since I moved away from SF it’s very hard to find in the EB for some reason. Buy they had it. And prawns fried rice. And fried chicken wings. Sold! One of the things I loved was that the prices were affordable. Many of their competitors charge more, but their food isn’t as fresh or they play the smaller containers and bunch of veggies game. Not here. Secondly, my order arrived in a little less than 30 min. I only live a 5 – 10 drive away from them but still, excellent! The driver was very friendly and polite, had my full order and the one soda I ordered separated from the food. I mention that because too many places nowadays. don’t. Also, the soda was actually cold! Woo! Also, all of my food was hot upon arrival. My large order of rice was actually a large container of rice. The ginger beef reminded me of the same favorite I grew up with. The fried chicken wings were deep fried and have a thick crispy batter. The meat inside was fully cooked and flavorful. The prawns fried rice was delicious and even had more then 4 prawns in it(yes I have ordered from another place once and that was what that order looked like. As I said, once). I think I have found my new go to spot. If your looking for Hong Kong Street style Chinese I recommend you check them out!

This food is exactly what I needed at the time. Situated next to a quick pizza delivery place and an MCD the food here is a Hong Kong style chinese fast food. It is worth the extra walk from the corner, as the food will fill your belly and is made fresh every day with fresh(er) ingredients. The taste is good and the price/quantity consideration is well worth the stop. Do your body and mind a favor and stop by this place to show it the love you embody. Thanks for reading.

Ok, I’ll admit, when you go in to get food from the serving trays it’s really dry and old looking. I swear, I came in one day and was going to buy something until I saw the food, I left. A week later I ordered for here from grub hub and didn’t remember the name when I went in. Dude. Best fried rice I’ve EVER had! And the BBQ pork is perfectly cooked! And trust me, I mean trust me, I’m a fried rice queen, I know good fried rice dammit and I’m extreamly picky about it, but they do it just right. So one night I order ahead but am not at home to receive it so I ordered pick up, I shit u not, I was so surprised of where I ended up! I was like OMG that’s where I’ve been getting this beautiful fried rice from!!! And it hit me: ppl, give this place a chance! When you order online it has to be made FRESH and when it’s fresh it’s great. I’ll never go in and eat what’s been sitting out all day but I’ll deff order fresh online and get mine exclusive. Y’all may hate on it if u want but they’ve got a customer in me for as long as they’re open: D

Came here with my Bro so he could get some food and when I looked at the selection I could tell the dishes had been sitting or either were from another day. He said he gets his food cooked in the back :-/

The order of kung pow chicken, ginger beef, and fried rice arrived cold, soggy, and inedible. This was some of the worst food I have ever attempted to eat. Avoid.

I’ve been coming here since i was a kid. If you like cheap, slightly greasy but tasty Americanized Chinese food, this is the place. I always get fried rice, chow mein, egg roll, and sweet and spicy chicken. It’s not perfect but it’s not horrible either. The pork fried rice is GOOD.

This spot needed more reviews, so I braved a couple home deliveries to bring you what you need to know. I’ve added pictures of all these things for your viewing pleasure. Orange Chicken: Acceptable. Not as good as when you get it fresh from Panda, but just as good as all the rest of the times. Not a contender for best Orange Chicken.(Oh, Chen’s Long Beach, how I miss you sometimes.) Salt and Pepper Pork Chop: Having just had a very delicious version from D&A Café in SF, these did not impress me as much, but they tasted good. You have to eat around the bones, so heads up. Walnut Prawns: It’s like the dessert of entrees. It’s essentially frosted with a slightly sweet goo. I like this a lot, but only had a couple. It lasted me a few days and I enjoyed each bite. Salt and Pepper Shrimp: If you order this, be prepared to eat the shells or peel off the delicious tempura covering the shells in order to enjoy shell-less shrimp. The flavor is there, and I loved the addition of jalepeno for some heat. But, you have to make choices. Sometimes, I pulled the tail off and at the rest of the shell(which, it totally fine to do, BTW.) and other times I peeled. It just felt weird to peel off the fried part. It’s just not like me to do that! Vegetable Chow Mein: Essentially, noodles and cabbage. It was sufficient. I prefer thinner noodles, but these were cooked well and had a nice flavor. I will get it again.(Unless I can get to D&A, because I think theirs was better… but it may have been the late night hunger.) Egg Roll: Enormous, filled mostly with ground meat(pork, i think, but unidentifiable) and cabbage. They taste fine. remarkable only in size. Veggie egg rolls: These, mostly filled with cabbage as well, are what you expect a veggie egg roll to be. Probably came frozen, while I think they make the other things in house. Potstickers: These might be the best pork potstickers I’ve had. The ingredients were fresh, and the pork is mixed with(you guessed it!) cabbage. I liked that it wasn’t a wrapped meatball like so many potstickers usually are. Singapore noodles: Too much curry powder in these things. I know, it’s supposed to be made with curry, but, this was too much. Pass. I have not been to the storefront. Strictly delivery via eat24. The driver calls when he is nearby, and met me on the sidewalk. I sort of expected him to deliver it all the way to my door, but that doesn’t seem to be the deal with them. So, you know, make sure you are dressed appropriately to go outside. Enjoy!

I came across this restaurant while ordering from Eat24. I am in love with this place! I ordered a couple dishes and asked for no onions. the restaurant called me to make sure the small diced onions in the wontons(got the wor wonton soup) was ok. I said yes and thought that was great that they paid attention to my dislike of onions. The food was delivered FAST it was hot and fresh when it arrived. the delivery guy was very nice. The food… GREAT!!! Id highly recommend this place!!!

Mmmmm! I have a belly full of Hong Kong Fast Food and couldn’t be happier. I just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable Chinese delivery place. We got a ton of food for a good price. They offer online ordering, which is nice because I can take as long as I like to order and change my mind as many times as I want! I was quoted 45 mins to 1 hour for delivery, but it arrived in more like 30 mins. The only thing I might change would be to add a little more spice to the orange chicken. It was almost like lemon chicken. Not bad, just not as spicy as I’d like. P. S. Their eggrolls are more like eggburritos! I’ve never seen eggrolls so fat!
