3 months later I receive a call from ATT collections services saying the line impact communications opened was still active and ATT is asking me to pay 189 dollars. I returned to impact communications to sort things out. after spending 2 hours in store no luck. Line still active and I’m stuck with a bill. This store needs to be shut down for shady business

There service here is very terrible, they work very sloppy and they are very inexperienced. There was a problem with my phones service that they couldn’t resolve and they’re an AT&T authorizer which is the carrier I have. Instead I had to go to the store just around the corner named itone to seek help and he was able resolve my problem and they aren’t even an AT&T authorizer.

Impact is very good about signing you up for cellphone service. when i went back to get satisfaction on a defective battery. i was referred to the att support center in walnut creek.(claim he couldn’t do anything). not too happy about this. better to have signed up on lakeshore where there’s more service(or so they say.) .

Terrible Service… and let me tell you why… My friend purchased 4 phones here, 2 iphones and 2 samsungs, after attaching the glass protectors at 35 each for phone, we found out the 2 samsungs did not have the Chinese language,…so we had to return them to the ATT store, not at this authorized dealer… I am writing this review because I had to drive my friend to the ATT store, the real ATT store to interpret and let her understand why all this chaos was going on… Crystal the Manager, from the Authorized dealer was the original seller for these phones… Vivian was the one set it all up… none of the employees of this authorized dealer told my friend her phones did not have Chinese… they go to these authorized dealers because they don’t speak English… so how does that make sense…/// Crystal has been avoiding my friend for the past few days, ignoring and not returning any calls… I finally got fed up and used my phone to call and guess who answered, it was Crystal… I simply asked her since both sides had fault, would she be willing to help her client in giving her a free new glass protector for her new iphones and she said no…

Waited a long time but talk to VIVIAN, she’s is nice and actually concern about the long ass wait. I only wanted to talk to her since she can actually get shit done the right way. She has been helping me for over 4 years. Only look for VIVIAN okay. She helped me get my internet line set up and giving me a better deal than the ATT customer hotline which I spent over and hour on the phone to get nothing done. Overall, the place is crap now but the silver lining is her being there to help you out. Not a biased customer, just wanting to let others know who you should talk to if you want to get shit done right.

The service sucks big time. I should say there is no service at all. This smart ass dude just sit on his computer n make people wait. We were like the 2 people in the store. So after 5 minutes. We left n went to another AT&T. Don’t ever go to this place. AT&T take away their license.

Worst retailer for AT&T. Im surprised they were even able to obtain a license to become a retailer. Daniel from the store first helps my mom with her iPhone upgrade. He tells her she NEEDS to have a 3GB data plan or else she’ll be charged«like 70 $ a month» Knowing my mother, she will NOT be even hitting close to 300mb. Nice try on the scare tactics Daniel… For some odd reason my mom still allows go to through with our upgrade with him. Daniel then explains there was a triple play like special going on which was perfect for our house since we needed to reinstall our cable for our televisions. He gathers our information, gives us a quote and tells us an installation will be out. The day of the installation, i give at&t a call because we havent gotten a call from them after the time and finds out Daniel hasnt even put an order into the system. AT&T Representative tells me that if we already have an existing Uverse account, Daniels order would not have gone through since its the same address and would have given him an error to fix. Big mistake… We then go back to confirm our order again and finds out he cant give us that special because we were in a contract which he should have known from the first place since he had access to our uverse account. Few days later, i get a text from at&t that we had a service technician come out for an installation which non of my family members knew about. Daniel puts an order without even letting us know prior and changes our service without permission. My mom then calls him to cancel this before the technician came out. He tells her he has canceled the order but at the time of our installation, the technician gives us a call saying he never got the message that the order was canceled and tells us the retailer was trying to pull a fast one on us.
