I have taken a love seat, 3 chairs and 2 cushions here. I was very pleased with the work done. I was only in a hurry for the cushions, which were completed promptly as promised. I was not in a hurry for the other items. The work was done very well and was reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to bring my upholstering jobs here.

James appeared quite friendly and accommodating upon first signing for the job. However he failed to complete the project in time — he took almost three months extra). The job seemed rushed and not well done and on top of it he was remarkably expensive. He never took responsibility for miscommunications, in other words we were the guilty party. I would certainly not recommend him as he does not appear to be able to deliver upon his promises.

Excellent. I mean really stellar work. They also have great customer service solutions. They were very backed up and I wasn’t able to get my item when I expected. They were great at communicating with and accommodating me.
