Dr Togba is amazing!!! He did my breast augmentation back in 2013 and no one can tell Iv’e had my breasts done unless I tell them. They look and feel very natural. I have a very small scar underneath both breasts but you can’t seem them unless I push my breasts up because they’re right in the crease. He also did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable, listening to my wants and needs, and then giving me his professional opinion on what would like good on my body type. The staff is so wonderful and polite and they’re so helpful with anything you needs. I would definately recommend him if you’re looking for a plastic surgeon.

Consultant did not even checked to make sure that they offered the procedure I wanted done on the area on my body before they had me come in and waste my time
I will never come back here never this place has awful customer service. All consultants should know what areas that you do the procedure on & which ones you don’t!!!
Don’t have people coming in & wasting their time.

I’m on the fence as to how I feel about my experience with Dr Togba. I had more originally written, but will return after everything has healed and the result of my breast crease revision becomes clearer.

I’m a little disappointed. Went in to get filler for the first time and wanted to take it slow so no-​one would really notice. I’d attended a seminar and figured with the free syringe it would be about $ 1,000. Dr. Togba recommended a more permanent filler and there was no deal on that one. He did discount me $ 100, making it $ 1500 for two syringes. I have a CARE credit card and could easily handle the extra cost if I had a year to pay it off like I usually do. Turned out they only offer a six month payoff. Not good news. I’m on a budget and now I’m paying twice as much per month as I anticipated. Dr. Togba hit a vein and I had a very large bruise on my right cheek. I took a picture of it and sent it to them. They said it was to be expected and that he’d told me that. The little bruising on my left cheek that was gone in a week was normal, not the one on my right. So much for being discreet. Three weeks later someone said, «What’s that on your cheek? Your husband didn’t hit you did he?» It has been a month and it’s still not gone completely. I know that this stuff can happen and it doesn’t mean Dr. Togba is incompetent but there was no effort to make any kind of compensation. I just deal. That’s it. My suggestion on a partial refund was met with more ‘explanations.’

Several weeks ago I chose to have breast augmentation with Dr. Togba and it was a fabulous decision. He came highly recommended by my general practitioner, and I was even further reassured on the morning of the procedure, where I was told by The Surgery Center’s staff that he is a «perfectionist». His manner is reassuring, I felt truly respected, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to «sell» me on anything. My breasts look «natural” — even my friends are impressed!
I concur with everyone else reviewing Dr. Togba– his staff is warm and responsive.
I never imagined that I would chose to have this procedure, but after some heavy duty research and contemplation, I know I made the right choice with this very gifted surgeon.

Dr. Togba has everything you look for in a doctor and especially a plastic surgeon. Not only is he an excellent MD/​surgeon with a superb reputation, but he is also kind and compassionate. I feel that I can trust him completely and isn’t that what it is all about? His staff is fantastic, friendly and warm. I can unequivocally give Dr. Togba the highest recommendation possible.

I have wanted a breast lift for years and I finally got the nerve up to ask my primary physician who she recommended and without hesitation she said for me to see Dr. Togba. Great recommendation and in 2014 I met with Dr. Togba for a consultation and immediately scheduled the procedure. He is a wonderful doctor who explained every aspect of the procedure. His staff… awesome! The results are absolutely wonderful and well worth the cost. I can’t say enough. Anyone who is thinking of undergoing the procedure, I can’t stress to you enough to see Dr. Togba. I’m so happy with my results.

I’ve had a few surgeries with Dr. Togba, the last one was around 2 years ago. Unfortunately it’s taken me this long to realize that I should have done more research while looking for a plastic surgeon.
I’m going to focus on my tummy tuck with Dr. Togba. I was very excited about this procedure, but unfortunately I believe it turned out terrible. My belly button is not aligned with the rest of my body, this is my main complaint and it’s simply not acceptable. I now have to live with a crooked, misshapen belly button. After 2+ years my scar still bleeds regularly. I feel as if he did not align the scar correctly. I also have a small scar under my belly button, and due to my weight gain it is very obvious. I am very unhappy with my results, and have suffered depression and body dysphoria due to this.
Bottom line. Go elsewhere.

What I like about Dr. Togba is not only is he an excellent surgeon, what ever procedure you are interested in having done he provides an educational seminar for it. Should you not be able to attend a seminar he commits to you a one on one initial appointment. He empowers you with the knowledge of the process and the procedure you will be going through. While Dr. Togba and his staff is both personable and professional Dr. Togba takes his profession very serious he is a no non sense type of guy. He is in control of his ship and will give you what you want but only if it does not compromise your health and put you or him and his staff at risk. I found his prices very reasonable and I am ecstatic with the results of my procedure. Thank you Dr Togba and staff. :)

Dr. Togba and his wonderful staff are true professionals. The welcoming, informative and friendly office environment is exactly what’s needed when you’re considering cosmetic surgery. my name is Susan w and I’ve had the wonderful experience of receiving lazar hair removal/​reduction from the best aesthetician I’ve come across. Her name is melody. I’ve been trying the reduce and or eliminate the hair underneath and around my chin for some years through electrolysis which was a complete failure and tons of lost money.

After Dr. Togba gave me a one-​on-​one free consultation, it was in my best interest to reduce my underlining body fat first. So in the meantime I tried the lazar treatment for my chin. OMG! It only took Melody 5 lazar treatment to reduce 95% of my hairs whereas for years through electrolysis I could never see any result like this.
And the office staff, Ms Karen, is extremely warm and friendly… its felt like some kind of sisterhood in the Oakland Office. Did I mention the great facial products Melody introduced me to? How many good things can I say about Dr. Togba? I recently went to Dr. Togba in July this year to consult with him regarding a possible tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Having called several other physicians in the Bay area and arranging other consultations with those mds, I was open to listen and choose the best doctor for me. When I spoke on the phone to Dr. Togba’s patient coordinator, Melody, to arrange the consult, I felt completely at ease and informed about the consultation process. When I met Dr. Togba, it was clear that he was a seasoned physician with a nice bedside manner. He spent at least an hour with me listening to my requests and then he provided me with an in-​depth presentation discussing the potential surgeries, potential risks, what to expect, timelines, everything! When I left his office, I knew he was the surgeon for me. I immediately cancelled my other consult appointments! I underwent my procedures 1 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My breasts look great and totally natural already, my stomach is healing beautifully from the tummy tuck, I am back to my normal routine of running, it’s amazing! During the initial recovery process, Dr. Togba called me regularly to check on me, returned my calls promptly if I was experiencing any difficulty to tell me what to do, he was so great! All of my post surgery visits to his office have been informative and have cleared up any questions or concerns I may have had. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Togba for this very important surgery and I would do it again if I had to do it over!

I went to Dr. Togba in 2011 as a referral of a good friend for my breast augmentation. I’ve had my new boobs for a year now and I LOVE THEM… so does my boyfriend ;) I get many compliments on how natural they look. He and his staff are super responsive, friendly and professional. I had my face lift done by Dr. Togba in 2004 — and I’m still happy with it. The price was reasonable, the procedure went well, and I was left with a lift that made me look happier, younger and more rested (as opposed to making me look like a deer caught in the head lights; that freak look). I liked what he did so much that, now, 8 years later, I’m going to go back for a second more minor lift.

Dr. Togba has been doing what he does since before I was even born. I’m 28! I went in for a breast augmentation in 2006. 5 years later and I’m still a happy camper. People always compliment his work which tells me I look great! Great service, great work. Thanks for making me hot! Considering going in for rhinoplasty.

Two weeks post-op…I continue to be very very happy with the wonderful job my surgeon Dr Togba did, and the great care that I rec’d all around. I can’t believe how well I am healing, and how good I look. Dr T is responsive to my needs and questions, sees me regularly to check on my progress and returns phone calls within minutes (I hated to be «that patient» but did call on a Sunday when I was worried I was running out of pain meds).
