Kristen is magic! She keeps me in working order despite lots of road biking, tennis and hands on client work. I love her energy and she is beyond intuitive when it comes to finding out which muscles are firing improperly, causing problems or not doing what they are supposed to do. She gets in there and fixes me up! She is a gem of a person and I look forward to seeing her monthly for my 90 minute tune ups. Highly recommend her. You will feel amazing and grounded and happy when you leave. Can’t speak highly enough of this incredible woman.

I’ve been seeing Kristen at Psoas Massage + Bodywork since my former CMT there moved on. She’s great and I highly recommend her massage therapy. She’s very open in understanding the client’s needs as a starting point, then adding her expertise to the situation for a thorough session.

Kristen is a rare find amongst massage therapists. Her thorough understanding of anatomy, well-developed intuition and deeply caring heart combine to offer a beautiful experience of whole person healing. I am a massage therapist myself and have received work from many people. I’d rate Kristen amongst the best.
