Laura & Anton Music For Special Events

Laura and Anton were the highlight of our Napa wedding – our guests could not stop raving about their beautiful performance. They were incredibly accommodating with our requests for custom songs for our processional and recessional («I Do» by Colbie Caillat and «All You Need is Love» by The Beatles), and performed all throughout our reception/​dinner as well, providing a gorgeous musical backdrop to the dinner and drinks. I can’t emphasize enough how professional they were to work with and how enchanting their musical style is. (Not to mention how affordable they were for the 4-​hour session we booked).
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made our wedding positively magical.

Laura and Anton were great and easy to work with for our wedding. They were reliable, communicative, and most importantly everyone at our wedding loved their sets during our ceremony and cocktail hour.
We first heard Laura perform at a venue nearby in San Mateo. We contacted Anton and Laura approximately 2 months before our wedding and were happy to hear that they had time to work with us. We sent them sheet music for the songs we wanted for the ceremony, and a general sense of how we wanted the music to be performed. In our case, my wife and I wanted to perform a song together with them as our first dance, and they were able to find time to practice with us before the big day. In preparing for the wedding, they worked with our other vendors and wedding planner to determine exactly what equipment they would need to bring, what time to show up, and what the overall schedule for them would be.
On the day of, they showed up on time, practiced, and absolutely floored everyone with their ceremony performance. During the cocktail hour, they played a set of their choosing, drawing a lot of compliments and questions as to where we found them. Laura and Anton’s style, artistry, and professionalism added so much to our wedding and reception, and didn’t require a lot of time in coaching them or working out minute details. We would highly recommend them for your event!

I just worked with Laura & Anton for a wedding I coordinated. They were phenomenal! Not to mention, very professional, on time, and just über talented!

So we stumble across their website because my then fiancé (now husband!) and I were making our wedding webpage. We typed our names and found the exact same couple names as ourselves. LAURA and ANTON.
And faith would have it that we fell in love with their music when we looked through their website. so even though we were not planning to have a band at our wedding, we decided that we must invite to join them for our special day. Laura and Anton the amazing band for Laura and Anton couple #2 (us)
Laura was great with emails and they even learned one requested song for me to walk down the aisle to :) It was so nice to meet them in person. They were on time, professional and super hipster :) All of our guests were all really impressed and enjoyed their music during our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Laura and Anton played at our wedding ceremony in Mill Valley and they were amazing! We got so many compliments on the music and we especially loved that they learned the song my husband proposed to me to for our wedding party to walk down the aisle. I corresponded with Laura via email to select our song choices and she was always very prompt, professional, and accommodating. If you want a unique and amazing duo to play for any special event, I highly recommend Laura and Anton!

Laura and Anton performed at our wedding on Sept. 9^th and they were incredible and I will be using them in the future for other events that I have. Everyone really enjoyed their performance and they are really nice people, my friends and family still talk about how good they were.

Months ago, my fiancée and I were strolling down 4^th Street in Berkeley when I was stopped cold by the sophisticated music of this talented duo. Performing on the sidewalk across from Bette’s Oceanview Diner, Laura’s singing was perfectly accompanied by her guitar and Anton’s violin. With as simple a setup as you can imagine – a guitar, a violin, and an amp – they filled the intersection with a mesmerizing sound.
Their music transports you to a quaint café on a cobblestone road in France. It’s awful hard for me to describe it further; you’ll have to listen to their website to see what they’re capable of.
There was already a sizable crowd enjoying the performance. Always looking to make our upcoming wedding unique and meaningful, we waited patiently for an opportunity to talk to the pair.
Fast forward to our wedding day just last weekend, and Laura and Anton were a key component in making it memorable for us and our guests. We were so excited to have Laura and Anton that we kept the live ceremony music a secret. Several guests commented that they had a hard time believing it wasn’t a recording because it was so perfect. Even our veteran DJ (of 20+ years experience) was impressed – and made it clear that he had never seen a wedding singer perform French songs as well as Laura. They performed several songs of our choice for the processional, bride’s song, and recessional. After the ceremony, they performed for our cocktail hour. It was a incredible addition to the ambiance of an already beautiful scene.
Leading up to the event, Laura worked with us to make sure their performance was exactly what we wanted, and they demonstrated flexibility. Finally, she was absolutely on top of all communications. Without a doubt, they were one our favorite touches to the wedding, and we highly recommend them as performers.
