Los DOS Hermanos

Ended up here late at night while tagging along with others. This bar is VERY MEXICAN. Me, being the only non-​Latino and clearly of the Oriental look, sure got a lot of stares at first. But then I busted out my Span-​glish and had an OK time. Met some cool people once we got over the language thing and shyness. I was asked things like, «So what are you doing in a Mexican bar?» Soon we were chatting about how I was probably the first Asian to ever step inside this place. The bar girl gave me a free drink to commemorate after trying to drag me into their tiny dance floor. Sorry but I didn’t know how to dance to Mexican music that has accordions as the main instrument. Played pool with some good players though. Not a fancy bar by faaaaaar, kind of a hole in the wall and rather ugly but okay if you want to try something different.
