Very disappointed! I’m so surprised with the reviews on the site! Must be relatives!
The positives: Kana was very helpful when I first went in and throughout the process.
However, when I picked up the invitations, they were a different orange color from what I had picked. When we first talked about it, I thought we were on the same page — bright, bold, and colorful. When I got them, they were subdued and almost looked brown. When I mentioned it, I was told that different computers and printers print differently. So apparently it does not matter if the proof that I approved was bright, bold, and colorful, cause their printer printed out a different color. Must be running out of orange.
I was on a time crunch but was told it would take two weeks. It took an extra 5 days. They did not call me, I had to call them. It almost seemed like they forgot about them, because when I told them what order I was calling about, I heard ‘f***’ before they actually covered the phone.
I ordered 100 invitations, I got 98. Out of the 98, two of them do not have RSVP cards.
The negatives: Still waiting for Kana to call me back.
Definitely would not recommend this place. For $ 4+ a card, I could have done much better ordering them on-​line or somewhere else.

I recently went searching to make a larger number of copies in the Chinatown/​Civic Center area of Oakland. After receiving quotes from other printers I decided to go with Moment Printing for various reasons. First was the price. Instead of paying approximately $ 30.00 for copies on regular white paper from other copy companies, I paid $ 15.00 for the same number of copies on a thicker, higher quality paper AND was given my choice of many different colors of paper… for no extra cost! I needed these copies in less than an hour and instead had them exactly as I needed in less than half of that time. Not to mention that on a scale of 1 – 10, their service was an 11. Moment Copiers definitely has a lifetime customer here!

Walked in to Moment Printing at the end of the day (it’s a little hard to find as mentioned in other reviews), met Kana and explained the poster I wanted printed. She worked with me on getting things just right, and had it ready for pickup the next morning, wrapped and looking good. So great! Thanks Kana, and everyone at Moment Printing.

Outstanding fast turn around, and excellent quality. I needed business cards within a week, and didn’t want to pay Office Depot/​Max extra $ for 2 day shipping if something was wrong.
Moment Printing had a good set of reviews, and they’re locally owned — 2 good factors in my opinion.
I provided an electronic image of my card. NEXT DAY, at no no extra charge, those cards were ready. And I got twice the # for the same price.
Very helpful, friendly service. They provide a wide variety of print services. Worth checking out.

Kama is fantastic. I came here to get letterhead and business cards printed for my new law office. Excellent customer service, prices, and quality. I highly recommend using moment printing.
As other reviewers have mentioned, it is a bit different when you walk in — you think your in a DVD store. But just go straight to the back counter and Kama will come out and help you with everything. I already had my designs but I’m pretty sure she does design work there too.

A friend of mine recommended that I go here because I needed some business cards printed. At first I was skeptical because I’m used to just doing it at Kinkos, and I thought a small store like this would be a hassle…
But this place was definitely the way to go. The prices are good and it was just a much nicer experience than kinkos. I didn’t have to wait in line forever, and the people who work there actually understand customer service. They actually care about their business and want to keep me as a customer, unlike the unmotivated staff at my local kinkos who act like they would rather be anywhere else.
I am also trying to learn Mandarin, and the lady who helped me was more than willing to put up with my terrible pronunciation, and actually helped me fix a few words (the few that I know…). Before I left she helped me find a dvd of a movie in mandarin with english subtitles to help with my language learning (something which has been harder to find online than I was expecting). They also have a lot of other assorted kink knacks here for super cheap.
I will definitely keep going here for all of my printing and Chinese movie needs!
Plus I would much rather support a local business like this than the Fedex/​Kinkos conglomerate, and I would encourage anyone to do the same!
