Great place for a basic mani/​pedi, clean peaceful environment and really great customer service. Ke was friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn’t go for anything fancy (doesn’t seen to be their thing) but I’d return for sure.

I really, really wanted to like this place and the manicurist was super nice, but my french tip gel mani was so sloppily done that I had to go elsewhere to get it corrected. There were remnants of my old color in places as well as bubbles and patches. Also, the French tip was done with the big, standard size nail brush so it looks really sloppy and uneven.
I asked her to clean up 3 of the worst ones but when I saw the corrections were just as bad the originals, I gave up and resigned to getting it fixed elsewhere.

I went into this shop today wanting to get my eyebrows waxed. I was so glad I did! Normally, I’m tense and my eyes water when I get waxed (yeah, I’m a baby) but I hardly felt the lady working on me. The shop/​spa is cute, decorated nicely. The massage bed was very comfortable. There was soft jazz playing and then she did a little massage on eyebrows/​forehead. I almost went to sleep. It was a very relaxing experience. The woman who helped me was named Ki (I’m sure I spelled it wrong).

Had a LOVELY mani pedi with Ki (spelling? Apologies!). Very thorough, gentle, beautiful shaping and color. Loved the soak and scrub for my toes. Hands and feet are softest ever! Good price and the conversation was super laid back and engaging. Very welcoming, accommodating atmosphere. The perfect short escape for this teacher in need of serious pampering! Will probly go to her exclusively from now on. :-)))

Really friendly and attentive and I wanted to give them a good review however my day old pedicure is already chipping.
Also you could see my old polish peeking out from the corner of one of the nails.
The massage and scrub on the basic pedicure was a nice touch but paying $ 30 for a basic pedi and still dirty heels is not fun. Don’t know if I’d return :(

I had high hopes for this establishment however I was sadly let down. I had the worst mani & pedi! The woman who did my manicure was SUPER slow and dripping sweat the whole time. And my pedicure consisted of dipping my feet in water, drying, filing and polish! Never again I knew I should have went across the street to get my nails done! Lesson learned!

The staff is REALLY friendly and attentive. Great experience and wide variety of services. From nails to waxing to massages, they offer it all to women AND men! Conveniently located in DT Oakland right by 19th street BART and restaurants. Love this little gem of an all inclusive salon!
