National Response Team

We have used Salvador and National Response Team two years in a row to mitigate flood damage in our home in the Berkeley Hills (the first year flooding was due to a malfunctioning sump pump, the second year was due to a combination of heavy rains and clogged storm drains). Simply put, they’re amazing. Responsive, quick (came out within an hour on a Sunday morning after my frantic phone call this last time), professional, flexible, kind, honest, and fair. They worked with our insurance adjuster to get the most coverage possible, and consistently went above and beyond to responsibly control costs, keep us happy, and get the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible. They also referred us to an excellent contractor to do the necessary repairs once the drying out was done. If you ever are in the unfortunate position of having your house flood, call these guys. You won’t regret it.

These guys were amazing.
They answered the phone in off hours on the weekend, got there within one hour, and did a fantastic job cleaning and drying my condo. They knew exactly what needed to be done, and were courteous and responsive through the multi-​day process. They also referred me to a general contractor to do the needed repairs.

Josh and Salvador were awesome, our washing machine overflowed while we were out at Target. Our entire lower living was soaked. And the drywall was soaking up water like a sponge. There equipment was able to dry out the carpet and the walls quickly without having to put a claim on our insurance. There rates were very reasonable and have no problem dealing with your insurance company if it needed, making the whole process totally seem less. I would recommend this company to a friend or relative anytime.
