I’ve been seeing Ratka Mira for years. Not only does she works out the muscle knots and tension with her strong, knowledgeable hands, but she offers valuable lifestyle, herbal, and dietary advice. A session with her is a transformation. She has so much experience guiding people through transitions and rough patches, it’s like getting therapy, a medical consult, and a massage all at once. Truly a treat!

Nectar Health is fabulous, as it’s proprietor Ratka Mira who is a gifted bodyworker and healer. Ratka has been instrumental in my successful recovery from a very painful spinal cord and nerve root injury — and I credit her with my wellness. As a lifelong athlete, I have had a lot of bodyworkers and healers assist me with injuries; Ratka is like no other! She is also a learned provider of Chinese medicine and nutritional healing.

Genius. All I have to say is healing genius.

Ratka is a true healer who takes her time (unless you specific issue and tell her that you are time constrained). The intake process involves an in-​depth conversation where she really listens to you to find integrated health solutions for your needs and aches.
When I met Ratka, my intense corporate life was taking a toll on my body– weight gain, sore shoulders, neck, and back and loss of hip flexibility. I had also suffered considerable personal loss which I left unprocessed by throwing myself into work. She helped me
a) identify the key mind-​body pain points
b) combined massage and other healing techniques help work through deep pain
c) help me build a mindset for better eating and living
She is gentle, spiritual (in a sensible, down-​to-​earth, no-​nonsense way), and kind, but also very strong and skilled. A great practitioner.

I have had the great pleasure of working with RatkaMira for over 15 years now. She is truly an amazingly gifted healer. She has transformed my aches and pains. My wife has been seeing Ratka Mira for a couple of years now, and I can say with all sincerity that Ratka literally saved my wife’s life. it was Ratka who urged her to have a colonoscopy when all the doctors weren’t even considering it, and they discovered stage 3 colon cancer. Thankfully, surgery was successful and Ratka continues to provide my wife with spiritual and physical healing.
When my wife began chemotherapy, she made appointments for me to see Ratka during her sessions. Being the supporting spouse of a cancer patient has not always been easy, with three children and a whole household to maintain along with a spouse to care for. Ratka has been both someone who has provided much needed lifestyle advice, a kind and listening ear, and a healing touch. I can’t say enough positives about her.

I have been seeing Ratka for several years for bodywork. She and I are actually a Unilocal success story since she originally found me and my bodywork practice on Unilocal.Well, when I saw how much she liked my massage, I figured that she probably GAVE a similar massage and I was right.
I have received so much deep work from her and I have never received an injury. I have always left her table feeling a zillion times better than when I laid down and I cannot say this about most massage therapists that I have seen.
I simply love Ratka’s work. While I still like to be promiscuous with my massage and see a lot of people, Ratka is absolutely at the top of my list. I have left my massage practice and she is one of the few practitioners that I will entrust with my clientele.

Ratka Mira is a very gifted healer. She creates a warm, loving and safe space to relax and release any tensions of the week. She is grounded, yet spiritually connected and she let’s her intuition guide her through the session.
