Held a fundraiser, open house, milestone bday at the lobby and rehearsal space. it worked…70+ people, noshing, embibing, grooving to spun tunes, checking out the art/​eye candy… Love my neighbors, adds the spice to the place.

Stopped in here for an art show/​Haiti benefit that a friend was featured in…
It is in the most random area, but I actually really like the space. It has an upstairs area which had seating and a stage area where musical performances were held while an artist painted live. Pretty awesome.
Also, the downstairs area had an open room with a DJ.
Lots of wall space for multiple pieces of art.
I would def come back to check out another show…

Oakland, CA
Part of a big renovation project by the Northern California Land Trust. The space is a bit funky as it’s a work in progress, but it’s home to performing groups and is a good big space.
We’ve been renting the space as a rehearsal and audition space for film work.
Call Norman Gee, he’s friendly and professional.
