The staff here has always been very nice to me. I am constantly going in for services as a teacher. This place has been my go-​to spot to take care of occupational requirements for the last 5 years.
Their fees are competitive-​pretty reasonable-​cheap! If you go shopping around and compare fees at other facilities, these other places can charge an arm and a leg. This can hurt if you don’t get reimbursed by your employer, especially since the economy had turned sour over the last four years. OTC has been pretty reasonable with their fees.
*Just to let you know, they break for an hour for lunch between Noon and 1:00PM, so they are closed during that time. Other than that, their hours are 8:30AM-Noon, and 1:00PM-5:00PM

I have to pay for the drug screening up front then my employer will reimburse me. My employer asked for urine samples for 10 different tests. Since I was fasting that day and couldn’t have any water and accidentally went to the bathroom before I left my house, I had no urine to give. :-(The lady was being very friendly and suggested I walk around the facility.
Thinking about water falls, faucets, and creeks helped a bit. Sure enough I came running back in trying to salvage 60mL. She helped me right away before the feeling went away. Get your mind outta the gutter! haha Ohh and the drug test was $ 59 for people who have to shell out the money themselves.
Great customer service! FYI The facility is on a trailer in the middle of nowhere and is typically for truckers but they help anyone.
