5 stars across the board!!! This charming burger hut is delicious, catering to every need and delivering! Grass fed, protein style nicollini + grilled onions. Wow! Just want I could ask for. The bacon was thick not to crispy, more cheese!!! The Duke«what was recommended» was even better with a bun! The bbq is sweet & tangy and leaves you wanting more… A+ Now staff… Great! Made my burger perfect, gave us free fries, those garlic fries are… Addicting delicious and a must! But maybe onion rings? I saw them go out and I’m jealous. The cold beers, fast burgers! We want to get more, we will be back. Oh and thank you for playing both Argentina & golden state with sound!!!
Great great lamb burger. The lamb was well seasoned, came with arugula(I’m pretty sure), tomatoes, and a sort of aioli. The aioli wasn’t too heavy which was nice and complemented the burger very well. The burger wasn’t too over filling but it definitely made me quite full. The inside was a little dark and so I enjoyed how they have a few tables(3) outside to enjoy the nice weather. Only downside; is a bit pricey, and burgers do not come with fries. We ordered a basket of sweet potato fries on the side, and that was plenty enough for 2. Sweet potato fries were amazing! crispy, and the way they should be! I was so satisfied with the lamb burger I may not try anything else!

Ordered myself a portebella mushroom burger with provolone cheese, came out to more than $ 10. Girl at the register was nice and the food came out fast. Pretty quiet on a Tuesday lunchtime, but overall place is clean and all their bottles of ketchup looked new. As for the food, they must have let my «burger» marinate overtime because the it was shriveled and too salty. Comes with mayo, tomato, pickles and a perfectly square lettuce on the side. The burger itself wasn’t filling enough for the price I paid, maybe if they paired it with a small order of fries?

Great burgers and fries — simple. The TNT burger has jack pepper cheese and real jalapenos — really hot and juicy. Fries are typically great. Onion rings are from frozen, but okay. Nice location and friendly.

Love this place. We order weekly for the whole family. My daughters now turn their noses up to any non grass fed beef burgers. Ha! Great staff – super friendly and always courteous. Big YUM!

Definitely has turned into one of my fav spots! Love their juicy grass fed burgers and personally am a big fan of their chopped salad! They had a lamb burger special today and I’m hoping it becomes a part of the menu! Soooo gooood! Seriously recommend to all my friends! A bigger fella named Sergio helped me complete my order and guided me through their beer selection, I opted for the Drake’s Blonde, my favorite local brew! Definitely coming back!

This place is fantastic! The burgers are delicious and fresh, they have great beers on tap, outdoor seating and kid friendly. I usually get the Ramirez, which is topped with heaps of guac, tortilla strips and pico de gallo. Super juicy meat and giant buttered buns(baked fresh daily). One of the best things about this place is that they care a lot about quality and community. They use Marin Sun Farms grass-fed organic beef which is local and sustainably raised. They also do frequent fundraisers where they donate 15% of their profits to charity(tonight is a donation to MS). I highly recommend trying it!

Disappointed in quality of the burger. Fell apart in my hands and did not have much flavor for a $ 13 burg. No side dish included with a burger order either, yea that’ll cost you extra. Heard a lot of good things about this place so I was quite disappointed. Way too many better joints to go to.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We ordered a cheeseburger, chili dog, and fries. It took 40 minutes for one cheeseburger to come out. Other tables who ordered after us received their orders before we did. I pointed that out to the young lady with tats and purple hair, to which she patronized us about how long it takes for a burger to cook. 6 minutes for medium rare and 8 for medium. Ok… but what about the other 22 minutes? Incredulous that that was her«apology,» I told her we would never eat at the restaurant again. To which she replied, «ok! That’s fine!» She flipped her ponytail, then turned on her heel and walked away. We never received the rest of our food. My husband went up to the counter to ask for a refund at the urging of our table-mates. She came back with another person’s receipt(free meal to a family with burgers and fries!) without a word and walked away. No apology. Nothing. My husband pointed out to another gal behind the counter that it was the wrong receipt. She responded that he talked too quickly so she pulled up the wrong one. She then explained that the reason that our order was so late was because we had ordered fries with no salt. Actually, we didn’t. Why did they continue to try to «explain» to us why it wasn’t their fault our order was jacked up? Did these girls get any customer service training? Again, no apology, no attempt to make things right or to retain a customer. I sincerely hope that no one else has an experience like ours. As a neighborhood spot I want to see this place succeed, especially when so many other restaurants on the street have closed recently. We just won’t be supporting it ourselves.

Great local burger place. We’ve been coming here often since it opened. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Their burgers are super tasty. I love the Bacon Cheeseburger. For some reason, I am not a fan of the buns, but that is my own preference. We love getting the arugula salad along with our meal and some times I’ll be naughty and get sweet potato fries. They also have amazing shakes!

Oh spare me. A bunch of SF tech b*tches invade Oakland, drive up rents, clog up our streets with their Coexist Priuses and complain about the food. F*ck you people. «Oh but it’s so expensive.” – double f*ck you. How much do you expect to pay for house made, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients in the $F Bay Area? Want cheap? Skip this place, spare us your whining and go to McDonalds. Since I live nearby, I’ve been a Park Burger regular since it first opened. No matter how much time passes from visit to visit, the owner’s nephew recognizes us and is gracious and sweet even if the joint is jumping. That vibe runs through all the staff here – always friendly – always extending excellent hospitality. If you get bad service, maybe you’re a rude a-hole and should take a good long look in the mirror. I’ve never had a problem here – ever. I usually get The Duke or a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños. I hate it when the meat at a burger place is amazing but the bun sucks or the garnish is sub-par. It makes for a lack luster burger experience. Park Burger is one of the few burger establishments that has got EVERY detail down perfectly – all elements that compose the burger are top quality – from the delicious Bakers of Paris bun, to the fresh tasty Marin Sun Farms ground beef, house pickled shallots, burn your arse hot jalapeños, and crisp/ripe/fresh burger garnishes. Every burger I’ve had here has been eyes rolling back in my head delicious. They are the stuff of dreams. These and the burgers at Marin Joe’s are my favorites in the Bay Area. I’ve eaten a lot of burgers and I have a big round arse to prove it. The sweet potato fries are a must too. Quench your thirst with ice cold Hetch Hetchy East Bay MUD water with citrus, cucumbers, mint, or whatever they happen to put in the water dispenser to keep things refreshingly interesting. I usually order either a large mixed green or arugula salad with dressing on the side. They make their own dressings – fresh and lively. The last salad I ordered here sucked – but that was just a once-off. They must have had an off day. I have off days. So do you. So calm the f*ck down. I also like the rotating wine list – unique and unexpected offerings that pair well with the food. I’m craving… gonna go there now in fact.

I must admit, I get the same burger every time. THEDUKE. Bacon, BBQ sauce, fried shallots(extra for me) and cheddar… that’s just my style. Usually accompanied by a cider and fries. The chilli cheese fries and milkshakes are really good and meals on their own. This place is always packed and super family friendly, so you might have to wait for a table, you will have to wait for the one bathroom and sit next to a child who eyeballs your milkshake until their mum gives in and gets them their own.

Park Burger… up until Today 12/30/2015, I have been one of your quiet, regular customers who thought the world of your FOODANDSERVICE! Ive shared my love for your food with numerous friends. In my book, you were 5 stars EASY… and I’m a hard sell because I own my own food service business. Until today… I usually come to grab a bite after work, and its always great. I made the mistake of thinking that covers anytime. So i decided to get lunch. I was wrong. First, the Day shift LETYOUGUYSDOWNBIGTIME. Do you really serve a busy lunch rush full of customers NASTY, HALF-DONE french fries that were cooked with OLDDIRTYGREASE? or maybe the fries were under heat lamps sitting for a half hour and you expected them to cook that way? Same for the«CHARRED» Chicken Sandwich… serving those BLACKENED now? I Couldn’t believe how DISGUSTING it was because of the WEEKOLDGREASE it was cooked in. What’s up with the staff? Especially the short haired woman with the bad attitude. I didnt know that taking longer to figure out what to choose on a menu I Loved was grounds for the side eye. Just because you words are polite… doesnt mean your tone matches. THINK… WHEN A FAKEFRIENDSMILESATSOMEONETHEYHATE… get it? Top that with a $ 6 milkshake i usually get, that all of a sudden is shrunk to fit the size of a medium TO-GOCUP, HALFWAY with only two sips. Cheap much? I actually told myself it wasn’t that bad, and choked down that horrible Sandwich. Those fries were dead… no touching them. WHY? Partly because i was hungry… and partly because sometimes«what the hell». I gave you guys 1 stars based on this incident. Normally i would say your a 5. But that DAYCREW… LAZY. CHANGEOUTTHEBADGREASE!

Just wish I knew why my french fries had to be double fried to the point of tasting hard and cruddy. Maybe triple fried and devoid of any interiot! Really, people, these are just fries! The burger wasn’t all that special, I have to say: bun wasn’t very fresh, and a bit too thick instead of a softer, eggier brioche roll. Best bet: go check out Oakland’s current burger champ over on Grand Ave, at JJ Burger. So they were closed today and I checked out this new place.(I was sorry to see the Italian place next door taken over by a British gastropub, but oh well.) So the bacon cheeseburger here… well, it just doesn’t come with any sauce whatsover. You could simply open the burger and the fillings would just come out —not slide out. The cheese is stuck on to the patty, the bacon wasn’t freshly crisped, and the taste, well it just wasn’t there. I suggest the crew drive on over to JJ Burger and order their special —-cheeseburger with mushrooms, always succulent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. And guess what? Sterling matchstick fries!

I used to think every burger was the same. Now, I don’t. My taste buds have been spoiled by toasted buttered sesame buns, the medium cooked burger, and artisinal toppings. OK, so this place is pricey, I get it. I live down the street from this place and I would go here a lot more if I didn’t spend fifty bucks every time. What you expect to get: A delicious burger cooked to your liking with good beef every time. –I recommend the Niccolini Delicious fries(sweet potato and regular) and onion rings –I recommend the sampler. Local tasty beer(albeit 6 dollars a pint, fair, but not inexpensive and no happy hour) –I recommend the Red Death IPA. Have two of those and you’ll be wanting to call an über. I had three, I’m lucky I was able to walk home. Quality and fast service –Always get treated very nicely here. Expect to pay for it –Ain’t cheap! If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely worth the look. Better than any burger place in Montclair too. So, come in with money to spend and an empty stomach for beer and burgers!

The burger i ordered was alright. I ordered the garibay because of the bacon and fried egg. I added the pepper jack but, i wish i added griled onions(that was my fault) i was asked how i wanted my patty cooked i asked for medium rare. I ended getting the patty medium to medium well and the patty didnt taste that great. The bread do get soggy but, what i ordered it was super soggy from the grease. I lifted the burger to find a huge puddle of grease. The egg was cooked well and the veggies that came with it tasted fresh. The cashier that took my order was super friendly and helpful. There are definitely burger joint though.

Hey, I never knew there was a burger place! This one is really great, they have excellent burgers with wonderful beef(organic, grassfed, local) — although the buttered brioche was a bit too heavy for my taste, SUPERDUPER onion rings and sweet potato fries, good beer on tap, what else could you want? I love the huge Oakland map they have on one of their walls — it’s from the 50s and you can see the old ferry landing as well as the train track that went over the Bay Bridge. A little bit of nostalgia, a little bit of yummy food, some laid back people around you, perfect! Prices are at the higher end for what I am willing to pay for a burger, but it was well worth it!

This place is really good. The burgers and everything on them taste really fresh and yummy, the fries are really good, great selection of drinks(and milkshakes!). Prices are very reasonable and I’ve always been able to find a place to sit, no matter what time I go(I’ve been there like 5 or 6 times). When taking yoga classes at Park Blvd Yoga Center a couple doors down, the hamburger smells sometimes waft into the yoga studio and it’s very tempting to ruin your workout with a burger and fries afterwards… but hey, it’s all natural food right, so it must be good for you! :) I can’t remember the names of the burgers I usually get, but there’s one with blue cheese and one with fried onions(they might be the same one? I can’t remember…) that are REALLYGOOD. Oh, and one order of fries to share between two people is plenty. And they have beer and wine too.

Three simple steps: 1) Order your food at the counter 2) Grab a table indoor or outdoor. 3) They’ll bring you the food and then you can enjoy. We got a Nicolini burger consisted three cheese blend(pepper jack, swiss, cheddar) topped with arugula and bacon. Also a sampler of fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. Good, quick eat. I hope you give this place a try. Cheers!
