My mother is a patient of Dr. Ludmer and feels he is a very competent, amiable physician, and she feels very comfortable with him. HOWEVER, his physician assistant, Stephanie Chin, is another matter. She berated my mother (who is 79) for forgetting some information she was supposed to bring to her appointment. And I mean berated — she made my poor mother CRY!!! Aaaargh!!! She was rude and didn’t even notice, much less apologize. So please, Dr. Ludmer, get rid of this woman before you lose my mother and other faithful patients. Remember the Hippocratic oath — first do no harm.
