Solid, caring, informed, down to earth therapist. I’ve seen her on and off for 30 years. I consider mental health part of my overall health and check in from time to time. I am always able to work through life’s most serious issues with her help.

I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for this professional person. She came highly recommended for my family, and after working with her, along with my ex for nearly a year, I can see why. She is warm, straightforward and doesn’t give you a bunch of ineffectual psychobabble. She sees right through to the heart of the matter and doesn’t waste your time (or money!). She isn’t cheap but worth every penny. She helped my family understand that we were charged with the commitment to look at ourselves and that her role was to assist, direct, confront and guide us in doing so. She helped myself and my family to successfully negotiate our emotions and our needs, which at times was scary and hard, but always worth the effort. Last thing I have to say is, she is a catalyst for change, not a wizard. Sometimes the truth she spoke wasn’t easy to hear, but it was always heartfelt, well-​directed and eventually healing.

Though it was some years ago, we had a great experience with Dr. Pigeon. She had very good insight into what the real problems were within the family, and in court, expertly managed to stop my ex’s manipulative lawyer from trying to change the recommendations. Our younger son had Aspergers, which had not been properly diagnosed, but she was able to put us onto the right track with our approach to him, which was extremely helpful. She was frank, forthright, and even though I didn’t want to hear some of the things she had to say, she succeeded in showing me some of the changes that I needed to make in my parenting.

4.5 stars for Christine’s ability to mediate disputes. 1.5 stars for the resulting poor and sloppy documentation.
