Just picked up two bronze ingots on Friday [11/​13/​15] and couldn’t have asked for better service. Sophia was friendly and helpful and ready — calling ahead to make arrangements seems to be the secret — and a nice man even carried the ingots out to the car. Thanks, Pyro!

The customer service at this place SUCKS! You have to practically BEG for them to sell you something and then they act like they are doing you the biggest favor in the world to give you change or a receipt (oh – and they only accept cash?!!)

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. The receptionist is a real depressed individual who extols her vitriol to their customers. My suggestion to her is, if you are not happy helping your customers, than leave and find a new occupation! Because your bitter attitude and constant scowl makes me want to drive to Redmond and by my refractories from Harbison-​Walker!
