Bill and his right hand man Oracio as well as Diego and Aaron are the top of the line! My husband and I can’t say enough good things about them to do them justice! After having a radiant heat system installed by Paul Gerrard several years ago, we began having problems right away. After he went bankrupt, we had to find someone as the system continued to have problems about every 6−12months. Bill and Oracio went above and beyond to find out why the system was malfunctioning which was mainly due to improper installation. They went about correcting the problem in the most efficient and least expensive way possible and we now have a beautifully working system! We love our radiant heat system and now we finally have a trustworthy team to maintain it. Kudos to R & J, Bill, Oracio, Diego and Aaron!!!
