Very poor service! One clerk rudely said I could not return a hat, because its «Their policy not to allow returns on hats and scarves». I pointed out its not stated on my receipt, and she said «Emma the Manager helped you, didn’t she tell you?» She also said it is displayed, but couldn’t stop playing her «Crosswords» lottery ticket long enough to show me where. New clerk is needed, the issue was not the $ 5 hat but the treatment I received! She couldn’t tell me when Emma would be working, because they don’t give out schedules. Really!

Oakland, CA
initially, Rainbow Shops with sports jersey seen on the far wall, i thought they were a sub $ 10 clothes purveyor. when i found the juniors, kiods, and Plus sections, i found this not to be true.
Rainbow sells clothes mostly for the young and women at cheap pricing here.
