Dr. Schwartz has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is a great doctor with a wealth of knowledge. I’ve always found him to be very personable and caring during appointments. He’s kept me healthy and happy over the years.
I’ve been with him through three different offices and now that he is in a group, I do miss Sandy and Eunice. The new staff is good, but they haven’t known me for all these years.
I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz as one of the best docs in Oakland.

Good luck if you would like to see him within 4 weeks.
He is impersonal and rushes through the appointment.
I went for a physical at age 35 and, in a condescending tone, he said «male physicals are not necessary until you’re 40 or feel you have a major issue.» So much for preventative medicine.
His receptionist is downright surly and unresponsive to pharmacy requests.
